Everything so so only. Not like wow. Cleanliness of room not everything perfect. Got some blood stain during check in. But for their services is tip top, staff so friendly, dining room service the best, request simple deco for birthday make me welcome to this hotel.

Hotel nyaman. Dekat pantai. Staf ramah proses check in dan checkout cepat. Lokasi hotel asri banget dekat danau. Kamar oke bersih wangi. Ada balkon. Kolam renang bersih. Breakfast enak.

The location is fantastic, the view of scenery is beautiful. One side lake, other side sea and all around green. I love it. Only we face issue in food. Breakfast was good but restaurant food was just OK. We are from Pakistan and we consider Pak/Indian food, may be that is the reason.

Hotelnya bersih. Kamar Grand Deluxe nya sangat luas. Makanan breakfast nya enak dan pilihannya variatif. Harga masih affordable. Staff nya juga ramah dan helpful.

Pros: - Staff were amazing and friendly, they will attend to you patiently and if they don't have the answer at the moment, they will always follow up. - It 's close to Lagoi Plaza (and the beach). That place is slowly opening up now, after tourists start trickling back in.- Bored of the beach? There 's a nice lake on the other side of the hotel. - The restaurant at the top is quite nice too. Dinner service can be a little slow when starting at 6pm, so go a little later or can enquire about booking first.- Free shuttle to and from ferry terminal. Cons: - TV selection of channels wasn't a lot. But then again people don't go Bintan just to watch TV, so expected. - WiFi can be slow at times.

Kamar sangat nyaman sesuai dengan review yang tertera. Kamar bersih, luas, dan nyaman sesuai untuk staycation bersama keluarga. Infinity pool nya bersih dan pemandangan dan pool sangat indah. Menu sarapan bervariatif dan rata-rata makanan enak.

A great hotel with cozy and spacious room. But the surrounding is very quite. There are many closed stores. The wifi has to be fixed because it is very slow.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room is clean and spacious! Just next to the beach and if the plaza is open it will be fantastic. Nevertheless still an awesome hotel!
