Colazione abbastanza buona e varia, soprattutto per il salato. Reception in miniatura. Non c'è il ristorante. C'era sempre fumo nei corridoi ed entrava anche nella camera, nonostante il divieto, che nessuno faceva rispettare. Struttura pulita, a parte il fumo e in buona posizione. Personale gentile.

Ottima e ben tenuta la piscina, la camera pulitissima, il personale gentilissimo in particolare la receptionist Dilan che ci ha fornito aiuto e preziose indicazioni. Unico difetto gli asciugamani un po' lisi ma comunque sempre pulitissimi. Nel complesso ottima esperienza

The spa was very relaxing. I had a deep tissue massage which you had to pay for but was well worth it. Both my husband and I used the pool and sauna.

Sehr nettes Personal, für Städtetrip ist dieses Hotel perfekt, hat alles was man braucht. Bisschen hellhörig jedoch auch wir waren nicht leise 😬 Ich würde jederzeit wieder dahin gehen…. Danke an diese tollen Menschen.

Personel öğlen 12 den itibaren belirli aralıklarla kapıya dayanıp kaba bir şekilde çıkartmaya çalıştı. Telefon ile arandığımda duş alıp çıkış yapacağımı iletmeme rağmen çok kaba davrandılar. Kovar şekilde odadan çıkarttılar. Bir de fazla kalış alacakları şeklinde tehdit ettiker. Ödeme problem değil ama kovar şekilde çıkartılmak çok tahatsız edici

Je suis très déçu, car nous n’avons pas pu séjourner dans l’hôtel . J’ai eu un problème de passeport de ce fait j’ai dû annuler la réservation et demander un remboursement. J’ai du les appeler, envoyer un message mais sans succès personne n’a répondu! Pour un hôtel à 5 étoiles le service client est très nul.

Frühstück war ok, hatte aber schon bessere in Istanbul. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war sauber aber etwas hellhörig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen.
