本来是五星级的体验。可惜的是，我在酒店的最后一晚遇到了灵异事件。真不敢相信会在一家五星级酒店遇到这种事。尽管如此，其他方面都很棒。

这是我在曼谷最喜欢的酒店。总是那么舒适温馨，食物美味可口，而且超级干净。我已经把它推荐给了我所有的朋友，每个人都非常满意。

酒店各方面都很棒，包括地理位置。强烈推荐这家酒店，能带来全方位的绝佳体验。

有机场快线前往暹罗百丽宫。步行即可到达许多地方。从机场到轻轨站（BTS）只需700米，换乘一站即可到达。由于交通拥堵，出租车可能需要两倍的时间。新酒店。早餐很棒。房间非常宽敞。强烈推荐。

这家酒店位置、餐饮、设施、房间等等都非常棒。以后来曼谷还会再来这里。

酒店距离暹罗百丽宫仅100米，提供往返暹罗百丽宫的接送服务。酒店房间超级舒适，工作人员非常周到友好，满足了我们的所有需求。我丈夫非常喜欢客房服务，快捷又美味。每天回到干净整洁的房间，床上都会放着酒店送的小礼物，比如糖果和零食。我们非常享受在这里的四天住宿，强烈推荐其他人也来体验一下！

Good experience stay with Grand Chatrium Hotel. Food was nice, staff very friendly. Looking forward to another stay with Grand Chatrium.

Excellent Siam shopping getaway, excellent facilities including late night swimming, very comfortable beddings. Love the complimentary traditional Thai snacks available in the room.

The most nice hotel during my holiday in Bangkok, 5 stars hotel with excellent services. Even though they can only check me in at 5 PM while I'm supposed to be checked in at 2 PM due to the high season. The room is spacious, clean, room facility is superb, they even provide all free minibar! The food are delicious with various options. I left my jacket behind while checked out, hopefully they can send it back. Overall, it was an excellent experience to stay here. Definitely will go back.

Ini hotel paling bagus yang pernah saya tempati selama ke Bangkok 😍. Lokasi strategis, breakfast menu banyak & enak-enak semua, kamar luas & bersih, staff hotel sangat ramah & membantu. Next ke Bangkok pasti menginap di sini lagi.

I booked for 5 nights. The 1st night I got a room with a broken air conditioner. A technician came but it was still broken. I could not sleep well. The next morning, I asked to change rooms and all was good in the new room. The breakfast food is average, but all the staff are very kind. Still lovely staying here.

So nice hotel in Bangkok, for hospitality is good, thank you Ms. Babuka and Tuka for your service cleaning my room.

Love this hotel. Service was amazing. The room itself is very nice. They also provide free shuttle to siam paragon which is very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
