该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。

Room lovely and cool - you could open the windows. Large room with coffee machine, water and biscuits. Good car parking. TV was not the best - could only view a couple of channels. Pillows were very soft and not to our liking , but this is personal preference. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful room, more than large enough for our family of 3. Extremely clean and well presented. The only thing I can suggest is to add a small fridge and nappy bin, given the room is marketed for families it would be handy. Otherwise, staff were extremely friendly, room was very comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the towel robes they provided! Would absolutely come and stay again at this gorgeous hotel.

The Pilgrim Inn is everything you're hoping for. Traditional setting, traditional vibe, and a team of staff that laugh hard, work hard, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is outstanding and we can't recommend the English Pea Ravioli highly enough. We stayed for a week and could have happily stayed longer. Something to note is that the bus stop is right at the Inn and you can get to Hythe, Southampton and other places cheaply and easily. They can accommodate larger parties or just a romantic couple. 10/10 and I'm sure we'll be back when we're in the area.

Really friendly staff & very clean everywhere which was great. House keeping staff were lovely & very helpful. Quite easily the cleanest place we have stayed in. Possibly some of the rooms were more style than substance as not practical in places. Some maintenance issues regarding loose tap in Room 3 . Do note : Avoid room 12 especially in hot weather as incredibly hot!! Poor ventilation & a pathetic fan which just blew around warm air. We asked to be moved after experiencing the worst night’s sleep ever! Happily there was a spare room on the ground floor. Ground floor rooms are best in warm/ hot weather as a lot cooler. I would return but would specify a ground floor room . Parking wasn’t an issue & food / breakfast was very good.

The room and hotel was very very clean. I came during the heatwave so the room was very hot although a fan was provided. The breakfast was top notch, with options provided for all dietary requirements. Very impressed.

What a beautiful place to stay. The room was lovely, clean and very well appointed. The staff were great and we had an anniversary and they kindly left a card! We had a drink in the pub and the atmosphere was brilliant. Breakfast was amazing - would definitely stay again

Excellent stay. 4th visit. Superb breakfast, friendly staff, stunning hotel. Perfect for the New Forest, Southampton and cruise ship spotting. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What would have been a perfect stay was sadly marred by broken down air con on the hottest day of the year. Guests also should not be allowed to ‘walk’ their dogs in the beer garden…

The property was ok but some of the staff were clueless when ordering food and drinks. Ordered a steak received barbecue ribs......really!!!! Many occasions my wife Ordered a drink to get something completely different. Really nice people but need some serious training.

Very good room and bathroom, breakfast was huge full english delicious.

Classy rooms and great pub!

Would have given this hotel 5stars but for one thing. Our lie ins were disturbed by noisy cleaning staff chattering loudly outside our room all morning. They were so loud that they woke us every morning with their catch up chats. Otherwise everything was perfect...large rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and lots of parking.

Great location, 20 min drive Southampton and from New Forest for walks. Lovely old pub, beautifully clean and welcoming. We ate in the garden and enjoyed our Caesar salad and burgers. Accommodation is in separate thatched building to one side of the pub and was quiet. Twin room (2 single beds) was huge with large walk-in shower. Breakfast cooked to order plus cereals, pastries etc on buffet. Coffee brought to our table. Staff all friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Only slight negative was that we were woken by light around the curtains early in the morning. Thanks.

Lovely place to stay, convenient to the Beaulie Motor Museum garden event. Family room was ideal as we were a couple with small dog on ground poor. Bath and separate shower were great. Good room amenitie, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer (separate vanity mirror) iron and ironing board. Lovely touch dog bowl and treat Bag with ball and poo bags. Restaurant / Pub separate across the car park so no noise and dinner and breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely book again. Couple from Hastings East Sussex.

The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. We found it to be quite unprofessional. The breakfast service was mediocre the first day but much better the second. It's a nice place to get away from the city center, but not as quiet as I had expected it to be.
