Carpets and curtains not clean, decor very tired, no soap or shampoo until asked and rummaged for. Menu in room but told on arrival at 6.15 that kitchen was closed and couldn't even make a sandwich. Felt sorry for receptionist but won't be staying again.

Really good value and nice staff

Had a great stay at peicebridge, we were in one of the cottages at back of hotel. Beautiful room snd quiet, would highly recommend

Great value, fantastic area, friendly staff

Nice place nice rooms. Bit slow on service to check out and waiting at tge bar with no staff around. Also another customer must off been having issues with a door and was slamming it atleast 4 - 6 times before it went quite happened 3 times during the evening. Was really quite after about 11 oclock

Place was nice and quiet with rolling hills all round, dinner was great breakfast not so great but on the whole lovely few days with very pleasant staff we had fun and locals

Beautiful location, staff were lovely, rooms and facilities were not extravagant but were clean and kept to a good standard.

Stayed for one night. Staff on arrival appeared to have better places to be. Corridors smelt a bit foisty but the room was a good size with everything we needed. Window was open and couldn't close it because of a safety screen and although it seems a quiet place, there was a lot of road noise through the night. Walls were very thin, could hear conversations and chatter from other rooms and presumably the bar below. On leaving staff were quite friendly to the people ahead of us, asking how their stay was etc but just took our room key and paid no interest in our stay. Wouldn't pay the full price to stay here so glad we got it through a deal with discount

Loved the balcony on my room, comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was great quality and good value.

Fantastic hotel in stunning setting. We stayed for a friends wedding do, couldnt fault it, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. We are going to book to go again with our dogs very soon

Coaching inn with annex alongside a fairly quiet main road backing onto a lovely river across the way from Roman ruins within easy walking distance.

Booked this hotel with Expedia but had to cancel due to my husband breaking his arm and couldn’t drive. Expedia assured us we would get a refund but emailed to say sorry they couldn’t get hold of the management at the hotel. We are now out of pocket. Wouldn’t book with Expedia ever again. Not heard back from the hotel either.

Lovely inn in a lovely position. Good breakfasts and choice of evening meal. Service a bit slow tho. Also you need to tell them if you want your room cleaned.
