It was amazing

We really enjoyed our stay at Rixos. Thanks to Ms. Albina at the reception for the smooth check in and room upgrade.

We had a great experience at this hotel and would go again the service was world class

This is a very impressive hotel architecturally, yet it is currently used as mid-range, all inclusive club hotel for Russian tourists, so the maintenance (adults pool with many missing tiles), service, and polish (too lound music around the adult pool and beach) expected from an international 5-star hotel are missing. For the rates it charges on Expedia and other international OTAs, there are better and more luxurious options in Abu Dhabi. However, some staff members were exceptional: Myo in the Terra Mare restaurant and Bhupanit, the housekeeper on the 2nd floor, were exceptionally service-oriented, while Kamilla at check-in was very professional and kind. Lovely for a family all-inclusive holiday, not a luxury resort at the moment.

Hotel bello e comodo con spiaggia privata e piscine, davvero confortevole. Ampi spazi e tanti servizi, attività sportive e intrattenimento. Molto buona la colazione, buono il buffet della Sera. Kids club buono. Camere Top: spaziose e pulitissime. Da tornarci.

Breakfast bun fight along with poor food quality along with staff struggle.yo inderstand you. Reservations needs reviewing waiting ages to sorted. It needs a new management team to sort the hotel management from top to bottom.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. Unfortunately BA cancelled our flights. Hotels.com were very helpful and said they did try to explain the situation to the hotel, we also explained our situation to the hotel. I asked if we could change to another Rixos hotel in another country/change dates as we could not afford to book new flights with another airline. As the booking was paid in full and non-refundable they would not help us to change our honeymoon in any way. This was obviously very disappointing. What made matters worse was that when we were due to stay, because we did not check in, we were sent an almost threatening email saying we were a no-show and would be charged in full. This tasteless communication served as a wonderful reminder of the honeymoon we were never able to have, alongside it appearing that their booking team have little idea of who has pre-paid or not. It seemed particularly money-grabbing despite the fact we didn’t want the money back but to change the dates/country/have a voucher allowing us to save up to book new flights and have our honeymoon. I would not go to a Rixos resort now and would choose a company that appears to have some care for their clients.

Great swimming pools, amazing customer service - the staff were always accommodating to requests and assisted with the highest professionalism. The views from the hotel were stunning.

We booked this hotel with the understanding we were going to be staying at a top resort hotel. How wrong were we! We arrived and as the room was not ready went to the pool beach area. The pool was very overcrowded with loud music. As we could not get a bed we went to the beach area - agin no beds available. We were given a card each to obtain a small towel to use for the day. The resort felt like a budget all inclusive holiday resort rather than a luxury resort. I informed management that we were unhappy and wanted to check out. They had a negative attitude towards me and just said sorry no refund. We decided not to stay and checked into another hotel which was perfect. I would NoT recommend this hotel. FYI after further reservation this hotel is on an all inclusive website offering flights from the Uk and all inclusive accommodation for a week for £800, which gives you an idea of how cheap the hotel is !

Sehr schönes und luxuriöses Hotel. Tolle Aussicht aus dem 33.Stock. Alles war sehr sauber und das Essen war in beiden Buffet-Restaurants fantastisch. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, lediglich am Strand musste man teilweise mehrfach fragen, bis man etwas zu Trinken bekam. Ich würde das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

I've stayed at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island- and now don't understand why it's premium and so much more expensive. Rixos Marina has everything twice better with a sparkle to finish. The only thing I'd say is- Rixos Saadiyat is very quiet and has a wild sort of unspoiled beach- if that's what you after. Rixos Marina- is much busier and bustling with life.

I will say this is not a 5 star hotel. A lot of things are missing for this standard. Great wifi, ok restaurants, great pool area. No extra taking care of inside the hotel room. No making up bed in the night. No extra nice things in the bathroom. Overall 4 stars!
