Was premium but needs some work now. The pool was loosing tiles and dirty, shower had mold and tv didn’t work, drapes were pulled from hangers.

Our beachfront room was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and just steps from the sand. The location is ideal, with easy access to both the airport and the city. Dining on-site was convenient, and while the menu could use a bit more variety, the options available were high quality and very tasty. Overall, a relaxing and well-located stay.

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The room I stayed in was clean and definitely worth its price.

Nice big room. The bed was large and very comfortable, the staff was nice the pool and spa are also very nice. You can’t beat the location on the beach and the location to the airport. You will hear the planes taking off from a distance but they are not directly overhead and the rooms are dead quiet. Not easy to get to downtown Barcelona. The cab ride cost about 28 euros to the old city. They also have free parking. I would not hesitate to stay again.

This hotel has so much potential if experienced hotel management took over. For the rate charged, they really miss the mark to achieve the luxury accommodations expected. We had to wait a little after the 3pm check-in time as we were informed there was maintenance issue underway. Once we got to our room, we realized said maintenance was them fixing the private pool, however it was still broken and unfilled for our entire 3 day stay. The TV also had a busted screen, the curtain buttons didn’t work, and some charging ports were broken. They gave us a discount on our booking but not enough to make up for delivering a sub-par room. The rest of the hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the spa pool in the basement, though again lack of maintenance appeared with half the jet buttons broken. We did enjoy the restaurant and the beach. A taxi into Barcelona will run you around 35 euro each way so keep that mind if you plan to go often.

The staff never called to tell us our room was ready we just checked around 6 and got it. Wasted the whole day. Not friendly or helpful.

Impeccable service and atmosphere. Food was superb with a great selection of seafood and wines.

I loved the artistic unique boutique hotel designed furnishings & construction materials. I didn't like & is preventing me from staying again the staff that purposely tried to rip me off on my dinner. They charged me twice the amount for my crab, placed it on ice after steaming & brought my butter 20 minutes later while the crab got saturated in the melted ice water then foubled the charge. Young incompetent workers attempting to make a quick buck while taking advantage of their job. They should be fire immediately.

Amazing property right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and dining experience is fantastic.

The staff at the restaurant could be friendlier to english speaking people - the prices of the food was expensive but tasted good.

The front desk service person was super cold and if you arrive earlier than checkout time (3pm) you have to wait for them forever.

Very beautiful and so comfortable. The breakfast was so wonderful and a lot of it. The view is amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer.
