The staff are accommodating and helped me greatly in my requests. Very good customer service. Playground, water dispenser, washing machine, and free snacks/drinks at the lobby was a nice touch. Superb location. The only comment is that I wished there was a wardrobe in the room.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is small. The decoration in the lobby is so much fun, like in a theme park. Min: The room is not being cleaned every day, you should ask for cleaning. Plus: Xmas gift, snack. Note: This hotel is kinda family-oriented... Beware, they have adult channels on their TV.

Hotel was great. Stayed here for 6 days. Near MRT station. Few minutes walk to Ximending Night Market and also less than 5 minutes walk to halal restaurant. Hotel staff was very helpful. However, the only downside was, the bed has bed bugs. I got rashes all over my body. So please bring spray with you. Overall, incredible stay for us.

Good location, walking distance to some point of interes, nice space.

Room is clean and comfortable. Lobby is amusing. Very suitable for family travels. Do note that cleaning service of rooms are not done on daily basis, and amenities (towel, etc) is changed on self-serve basis. So are water bottles for your own consumption. However the plus side is, unlimited water supplies! Location is brilliant very close walking distance to train stations.

ห้องพักติดกับทางออก z8 เลย แต่ถ้าจะใช้ลิฟท์แนะนำออกที่ z4 แล้วเดินย้อนกลับมาดีกว่าค่ะ ห้องพักขนาดกลางๆ ชักโครกอัตโนมัติ ห้องอาบน้ำไม่คับแคบ อาบน้ำสบายค่ะ แต่ที่วางของ แขวนเสื้อผ้าน้อยไปหน่อย ผ้าขนหนูสามารถโทรแจ้งฟร้อนท์ ให้เอามาเปลี่ยนได้ แต่การทำความสะอาดมีจำกัด ของเราไปพัก 5 คืน มีฟอร์มแจ้งการทำความสะอาด มาให้ 1 ครั้ง (แจ้งล่วงหน้า 1 วัน) และในวันที่ทำความสะอาดต้องกดไฟทำความสะอาด ที่ห้องไว้ด้วย (ดูยุ่งยากนิดนึง) ตรงล็อบบี้มีขนมให้หยิบได้ฟรี เป็นขนมกรุบกรอบ ลูกอม และแครกเกอร์ มีสลับเปลี่ยนไปเรื่อยๆด้วย น้ำเปล่าและอุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำ สามารถมาหยิบเพิ่มที่ล็อบบี้ได้ ที่พักใหม่ สะอาด สะดวก และดูปลอดภัย ราคาอาจจะสูงไปนิดนึง แต่คุ้มค่ากับที่จ่ายไปนะคะ

My very first time in Taipei and I'm glad I choosed this hotel. Even tho only few people speak english but they were friendly. They don't have room cleaner because of pandemic (which I find ridiculus because the other hotel still have room cleaner service) but we still have amenty and water supply on the 4th floor. The location of this hotel is quite strategic, many good food, shopping area and main MRT station.

Good location, very clean, comfortable bed, flat pillows, nice staff, common area at 4 floor is very cool, strongly recommended for this hotel
