The apartment is actually quite small compared to the pictures on web. The facility was rather out of my expectations, such as no water heater, no microwave, not even towel rack and mirror in the bedroom for the price we paid. We also cudnt use the stove. Don't expect the staff wud be around the premise at anytime. So you kind of just get as what it is. The plus points were the location was very strategic (near to a Summarecon Mall Serpong and highway/toll) and the apartment was clean. There is WiFi you can use (tho its not really reliable, slow connection). They also used Bardi for some of electronics like lamps, curtains, etc. The staff is also quite friendly.
