I really LOVE the location. It's not far from Mont-Royal metro station, and it's just steps away from tons of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The house itself is nice in general. Things could be better though (e.g. better quality beds, more accesible sockets for charging, etc.).

This was my second time staying here. It’s lovely and the folks who work there are lovely as well. The vibes are quiet and chill, and the other guests were respectful.

Un endroit hideux avec des odeurs nauseabo des de chaussettes, de pieds, de sueur. Des dortoirs aux fenêtres brisées. Un gerant mal élevé grossier insultant ses clients. HONTEUX. A éviter sous peinz d attraper des maladies de peau ou autres...

De passage pour Ottawa, juste passé une nuit. J'ai apprécié la convivialité et l'ouverture d'esprit des pensionnaires. Esprit bon enfant et accueil chaleureux.

Much of what is listed on this website for this hostel are flat-out lies. The owner would do well with toning down the condescenting attitude and gaslighting. One bathroom for 30+ people, horribly cluttered.... restaurant? What restaurant? No respect for quiet hours - the owner was up chatting loudly with other folks well past midnight. Just rude....watched him turn a desperate couple away for the night when there were plenty of beds. If you can bear it, the location is good. But everything else is a sham and NOT worth your money or patience. Go somewhere else. Please.

Overall the hostel was fine IF it doesn't cost 60$ a day for 10 people room, since it cost that much you could have a way better place at this price, so just avoid this place at all cost

Property took full payment out of my account the day before our arrival, telling us it was to hold our reservation. The day of check-in, they canceled the reservation and won’t refund the money they took. Scam Do not stay here.

No matter how much of a deal you are getting on the property DO NOT BOOK IT. They canceled my booking on the day of check-in with an excuse of an overbooking issue. The property was unreachable neither through chat nor the contact number to resolve the matter. And on top of that, they still charged my card with the full amount of the booking. I have stayed at countless hotels let alone in Montreal itself. And this is the worst experience I have ever had. Thanks to the Hotels.ca team I was able to resolve the issue and get an alternate accommodation at the last possible second. Again, avoid this property at all costs.

I have nothing bad to say more than Thank You a lot to the guys !!!! I felt lime a part of their family a d those things are a plus always!!!! Thank you so much again and definitely I’ll see you soon !!!!

I really enjoy the places but I have to share with noise people but that is out of the scope of the owner
