地理位置理想，距離景點及廣場很近。 房間大，乾淨整潔，價錢也不錯，職員態度很好！ 但唯一問題是，與餐酒館是同一建築（樓上住宿，樓下餐廳），第二天晚上餐酒館有live show,動聽而激昂的演奏直到晚上10點多還未結束...... 喜歡熱鬧／有聲音仍可入睡的可以住，而且餐酒館shot看上去很吸引

Tout à cet hôtel est parfait!

I got there at 5:30am and accept my arrival without charging me anything. Breakfast was simple but delicious and fresh. Room was clean. On the other hand, the water of the shower was cold so you have to let the water running between 5 and 10 minutes to get warm. When you know it, it’s less dramatic! Some night we’re noisy because the music of a bar close by; but I had ear plugs so I didn’t suffer too much!

Very close to everything around the plaza

They gave me early check-in and late check-out at no additional cost. There are no minibars in the rooms, but I was able to use the hotel's refrigerator to store perishable food. Excellent location. The staff was very attentive.

De este hotel me gustó mucho la buena ubicación, cerca de la plaza de armas, bares y buenos lugares gastronómico. La habitación muy cómoda para las dos noches que estuve hospedado.

Fernando y Fabian que trabajan en recepción gente muy amable y te hacen sentir como en familia si vuelvo a Arequipa volvere ahi. El desayuno el mejor.5 estrellas en todo. Gracias por su atencion. Elizabeth Eyzaguirre

I do not recommend. Property is in a state of disrepair, nothing is in condition for a stay. Doors, doors looks, showers, toilets no in good condition. The hotel has a bar or the bar has a hotel in it??? There is a lot of noise and the music is very loud all day long. I asked them to turn down the music and they said no.

El hotel es bonito. El día que llegué y que me fui no hubo nadie en recepción. El último dia no hubo agua caliente. Felicitaciones al personal de cocina.

Excelente ubicación cerca a la plaza mayor

I really enjoy because it’s so quiet and a very convenient in downtown Arequipa everything is closed to the hotel. The most important is safe.
