In pieno centro , ambienti comuni molto belli e curati , ottima pulizia , colazione ottima , parcheggio interno un pò caro , a parte questo rapporto qualità prezzo buono .

The room was clean, but they could clean the limescale from the shower glass. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a safe were available. The breakfast was good, but the selection was average and most things disappeared quickly and were not replenished. What we missed were bedside tables.

We were satisfied with Executive Suite No. 331. It has a beautiful large terrace with seating and a magnificent view of Olomouc. The room has A/C, comfortable seating, and a very spacious bathroom. Bra frokost, sentral beliggenhet, hjelpsomt personale, fint bad, ok seng. Rom ellers litt slitt men greit, dårlig utsikt fra vårt rom.

It was amazing. Locality, the best in the downtown. Historical building. Very clean room. Historical style. Very clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice reception crew.

Veldig sentralt i gamle byen i Olomouc, så det var enkelt å komme seg rundt. Stort rom og ganske rent. Et minus var teppet på hovedrommet. Det var tydelig flekkete med store flekker. Det var ikke helt bra, det så veldig uhygienisk ut. Ellers var renholdet supert. Betjeningen var hjelpsomme og veldig hyggelige.

The service was impeccable. The location was in the historic area of the city. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. I stayed three days at the Theresian and it was terrible and I was so happy I found this hotel

Very nice Hotel hidden away from the main Square, so about 10 minutes easy walk. Reception staff are the jewel at this Hotel so polite and friendly. It's an old building, so so expect strange shape rooms, but however. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful and almost a Million choices, both fresh and tasty. Maybe it was the kind reception staff who reserved a table for us, as my mother at 84 can't climb the stairs very fast, so reserving a large table without the climb was kind and thoughtful.

Excellent stay. Lovely room. Good facilities. My room, 241, had a stunning view.

Just located in a beautiful corner in the historical center of Olomouc. Walkable to the main sights of the city. Nice staff and gorgeous breakfast. Highly recommend.

The area and the quaint building were very nice, giving a sense of the good side of Olomouc. Also, the breakfast was excellent. If I had to say something, the heating was not very good. It would be desirable to improve the curtains and to prepare spare hangings in advance.

Spent two nights here. Our entire stay was memorable and very comfortable. We were in room #241, a large room with sweeping views. Lovely and clean, well-appointed. Delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff, especially Ana. Onsite parking available. Easy walk too all city attractions. Highly recommend!

Amazingly friendly, helpful staff, and a clean cozy room (a single room) in a lovely old building. The breakfast is outstanding - a great selection of fresh foods.
