Walkable areas

This place is fantastic. The location, condition, staff, etc. were all perfect. Due to an emergency, we needed to open the lock on our suitcase, and a hotel employee not only brought tools but also personally helped us. The continuous attention and answers to questions were fabulous. We'll definitely stay here next time in Madrid. Congratulations!

My husband and I just spent 8 days at the Bob W with our 3 children, ages 12, 11, and 9. We loved the apartment; the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and we had access to a washing machine in the common area and a clothing drying rack in our apartment. The French press and extra coffee were amazing to have every morning. There are many bakeries and restaurants nearby plus local, small markets. We walked miles each day to get to the attractions or tours we were taking and the kids handled 5 to 8 miles of walking each day. Cabify, Uber and FreeNow were all easy taxi services to get the 2 times we wanted them. There is a SantaGloria cafe on the ground floor of this building which made breakfast super easy for the kids when we wanted or an evening pastry and coffee. We’d definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for families and it is on a great location close to the train station.

Our family had a great time in Madrid and this place was close to everything. Walk or jump on the public transportation, you can anywhere in minutes.

Se me ha acabado el agua caliente antes de terminar la ducha. No había ningún pestillo para poder cerrar desde dentro, lo cual me ha generado inseguridad ya que no se quien tiene acceso al código y no he dormido tranquila. Soy española, el alojamiento es en España, comunicación en español por favor y si no hablo inglés?

Very clean

Localização, conforto em tamanho, e atendimento muito bons. Muito espaço e havia tudo que é necessário para uma ótima estadia. Ambiente elegante, moderno, dedicado à sustentabilidade; tudo no lugar certo. Janelas antirruído, vista agradável, etc. Cafeteria/padaria no mesmo prédio; supermercado e farmácia atravessando a rua. Obs.: Bob W poderia oferecer a opção de duas camas em vez de uma queen.

An ideal location for this area of the city. Very good value accommodation, quiet, clean and easily accessible.

The space was very clean and confirtable. We had everything we needed and could replace things as need it customer service was efficient and attentive. Only had a bad naighbor at the very end, but the issue was addressed fastly.

The place is very well equipped and full of details. Clean and comfortable.

The property was easy to access and had good amount of space. The hot water runs out after about 5 seconds and turned to lukewarm then cold within about 30 seconds every time, which was very inconvenient as it is winter time and borderline freezing outside. We informed management multiple times and was told everything was operating normally and if the water was cold then to wait an hour and it would be ok again. It wasn’t. Everything else was ok.

Great location, very clean and responsive

Our 2/2 apartment was great for our family of 4. Location was easy walking distance around the city. Local market across the street was a great hit. Neighborhood is very quiet. building was in very good condition and onsite staff very helpful. We liked it so much we booked it again for 2 nights before our vacation ended.
