飯店的早餐好吃～停車位只要走一小段路～但是ＷＩＦＩ很弱～缺點是沒有電梯～所有行李都得用手提上樓～適合小行李的房客～

Awesome stay with good view and quiet place to enjoy!

Room- nice and neat, but lack of necessities Reception- warm and friendly Restaurant- its ok when I couldnt find anything to eat nearby Nearby- serene and thats what I looked for

酒店位置相对较偏，但住宿条件不错，房间宽敞，包括酒店周边环境也很好。餐厅的位置是指定给具体房间号的，不能随便乱坐。酒店前台提供优惠卡，在购买新天鹅堡门票时有小小的优惠。

I was at the reception and the staff asked me my name. I told her my name and showed her the booking confirmation, then she asked me if I am another person XXX whom is our friend that has a separate booking. Our friend was behind us and two staffs started handling our friend's booking and ignored us. I then asked them after awhile and the staff asked me my name again. We've got a newly renovated room and it was very nice. Since the hotel building has its history, soundproof may be a problem. We were told that we were too noisy at night. It is quiet hours after 10pm till 7am.

Excellent hotel locates in a tranquil place with helpful staffs! So amazed when we arrived there! Will definitely recommend it to friends plan to visit Fussen!

we book an apartment with kitchen in the picture. However when we arrive the kitchen was locked and be told that cuz we just stay for one night. Then the kitchen was not allow to use. Sadly we bought lots of food to prepare for dinner before we check-in. Room was clean and tidy with black and white TV with no channel. We have to walk a long way to center to find place for dinner. Sad exp

This hotel is so cute! It was easy to find, within easy walking distance of the town center and bus/train station, but also had plenty of parking, the room was clean, bedding was comfortable and warm. Really no complaints. The shower was confusing, but that was likely just me. I didn't have the breakfast or wellness things, so no comment there.

Clean room and good staff

Das Hotel liegt in einem Teilort von Füssen. Zu Fuß aber sehr gut in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein schöner Wellness & Saunabereich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielfältig, gesund und frisch. Ebenso das angebotene Abendmenü. 4 Gänge, sehr lecker und vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top. Gerne wieder!! (Ab Frühjahr / Sommer 2026 wird in dem Hotel renoviert, was auch schon ausgeschrieben war.)

Alles sauber aber ich wurde im Bereich Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Somit musste ich über die Strasse ins Hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig; Genug Parkplätze; Check-In problemlos; Einzelzimmer ist ein wenig klein; Badezimmer NEU, Frühstück super...

Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alles sah sauber und ordentlich aus. Gerne wieder.

As given comment to hotel: Beds too far hard. Extreme. Option for softer/ordinary beds not given in advance! Reduced sleep and relax very much. The clients book 30 hotel (bed) nights per year and are used to "normal" beds.
