Albert is courteous and clear in his instructions. Apartment is clean. However, the second bedroom does not have an aircon, thus it can be stuffy without airflow in there.

Comparable to a 5-star hotel, with complete facilities & supplies in good conditions. Unit was clean, super convenience, owner was responsive, contactable most of the time and hands on managing the rental. Friendly and I had a happy stay for 4 days.

Property was in great location and had great amenities. Parking was a bit difficult to locate upon arrival. Linen needs to be upgraded. Throw blanket on couch was stained.

there is a huge post in the living room, which makes the soace very tight and inconvenient to move around. especially for family with kids.
