Buen hotel y muy buena comunicación . Creo un poco costoso pero todo funcionó perfecto . Lo único es q exigen devolver el apartamento aseado o le Cobran tarifas de limpieza ( las cuales deberían estar ya incluidas en el precio que se paga).

I didn’t get the room I booked. They said Expedia had wrong pictures.

Hotel is more like a hostel. Don't provide toilet paper or shampoo. Picture says you get a queen bed, but it's actually a sofa bed. Room wasn't spotless. For checking out you need to bring down towels and bed linen, and need to wait for a room inspection which took forever.

Bem equipado, bem localizado, confortável, porém a recepção fecha a maior parte do tempo e deixa o hóspede desguarnecido. Não respondem as mensagens enviadas pela plataforma.

Very spacious flat and terrace. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There kitchen area is very basic and there were no soap, washing up liquid, sponges, drying rack/tea towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner. Had to clean the flat in the end with vacuum and cleaning utensils provided by reception, which only works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. This was checked very quickly and efficiently.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est comme sur la description, propre et fonctionnel, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bon séjour en famille ; appartement confortable (ne pas hésiter à demander une multiprise à l'accueil pour le trio cafetière, grille pain et bouilloire car fils trop courts). eau de la piscine à bonne température ; le sauna n'est pas toujours en fonctionnement ; nous n'avons pas essayé le hammam ; l'ascenseur tombé en panne un mardi a été remis en fonctionnement le vendredi très utile quand on est au 4ème. Résidence en plein centre proche du téléphérique et télécabines et bien sûr des commerces; musée, ciné, bowling, patinoire et piscine à Vaujany même. A noter garage sous la résidence gratuit ainsi que bien d'autres dans toutes la station pour son véhicule.
