Great staff, Buffet breakfast 10/10

From a customer service standpoint, the staff is mediocre at best and says a lot about the Hilton brand. Within three hours of arriving to the Hilton Santa Marta, my wife had $240 stolen from her purse from a cleaning lady. A few failed efforts to come to a reasonable resolution, has left a very bad taste in my mouth considering I was vacationing with my family (which included 3 children). 5 days have passed and absolutely nothing has been done. The best thing about my trip was spending time with my family. The pool and the room were both nice. Food is good… service is TERRIBLE! Long waits for a simple drink, let alone food. No chance I come back to this place nor will I recommend to anyone. How can the Hilton brand stand on two feet when their staff at the Hilton, Santa Marta were clearly from the bottom of the barrel. Do better Hilton!

The hotel is amazing. Pool areas are a plus, they are perfect. Staff service and consistence could improve.

La recepción la señorita hasta que acabó se hablar con su amiga nos atendió pedimos la suit grande el Apartamento tenía dos cuartos pero la bañera era demasiado alta y nos tocaba sostenernos de los vidrios un día casi me caigo tienen si o si modificar . El sofá cama hundido tocaba colocar unos cojines la vista al mar muy bonita desayunos buenos y resto comida muy condimentada la realidad allá No Volvería .. el personal del desayuno atento lo mismo los de la playa el aseo lo hacían en 4 minutos muy regular el precio que se pagó hay otros mejores gracias

Tenía expectativas más altas sobre el servicio. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y en buenas condiciones sin embargo el servicio no fue el mejor, pobre comunicación, desconocimiento por parte de algunos de los empleados de los menús de sus restaurantes donde trabajan. restricciones en los restaurantes , permiten el uso de dispositivos de música en las piscinas incomodando a las demás personas. Por el valor que se paga esperaba un servicio de mejor categoría.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was amazing and offered stunning views, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back in the future!

La habitación era una suite y la vista preciosa con una terraza a lo largo de todas las habitaciones. Con infinity pool y musica muy agradable.

Such a beautiful stay! Regardless the small city it’s located. The hotel is more than AMAZING!! And the staff members are really kind and attentive. We enjoyed every single minute in our stay! And I would like to highlight the delicious breakfast with various of choices and the sweetest fruit ever! If we visit Santa Marta again. We will definitely stay there again :)

Such a spectacular place to stay... The staff was exceptional in helping make our stay one of the best that we've ever had with Hilton. Such beautiful accomodations and always a comfortable stay!
