Stayed 1 night at the hotel, overall impression was positive. Location was great, just ~10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof, or 2 stations if taking the overground train. Skyline Plaza is just 2 mins walk, you can basically get whatever you want from there. Room was decent size with good view of the city. Room was comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were especially comfortable. 1 drawback was that, while sitting at the lobby lounge waiting to check in, a mid-size mouse sprinted pass on the floor into the drainage near the window.

Very clean rooms. Convenient location and tram station is just in front of the hotel. Nice Skyline view and breakfast is delicious!

The customer service was nice and decent, breakfast with wide variety, parking is convenient, it's right under basement, feel safe. 24 hours parking is €41., not cheap though. But it is clean and safe for sure. Will go back if I am in Frankfurt again.

시설, 청결, 모두 다 만족했습니다. 다만, 방음시설이 조금 약한것 같네요. 옆방에서 듣는건지 클럽음악 같은 음악소리가 잘 들렸어요. 다행히 잘 시간에는 조용해졌습니다. 대체적으로 편안하개 잘 지내고 갔습니다.

Väldigt fint och nytt hotell, väldigt bra rum men super lyhört och utöver att man hör mycket från gången och de andra rummen så låter ventilation och kylskåp mycket vilket är synd då rummet är toppen.

This was my second time staying at the Spin Tower and I will be staying there again when I return to Frankfurt. My room was nice, clean with a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

After flight cancellations, the hotel was super friendly and helpful and gave dental and other kits to make our unplanned stay as convenient as possible.

Hervorragende Zimmer, toller Blick aus dem 19. Stock, schöne Lobby. Gute Tagungsräume.
