Stayed 1 night at the hotel, overall impression was positive. Location was great, just ~10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof, or 2 stations if taking the overground train. Skyline Plaza is just 2 mins walk, you can basically get whatever you want from there. Room was decent size with good view of the city. Room was comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were especially comfortable. 1 drawback was that, while sitting at the lobby lounge waiting to check in, a mid-size mouse sprinted pass on the floor into the drainage near the window.

Very clean rooms. Convenient location and tram station is just in front of the hotel. Nice Skyline view and breakfast is delicious!

The customer service was nice and decent, breakfast with wide variety, parking is convenient, it's right under basement, feel safe. 24 hours parking is €41., not cheap though. But it is clean and safe for sure. Will go back if I am in Frankfurt again.

Terrible rooms

Fantastisk rom og gøyal utsikt. Litt hard seng. Det vi ikke var forberedt på var diskokvelden på takterrassen 4 etasjer under. De dempet lyden noe kl 22, men det var ekstremt partydunk. Ellers har hotellet frokostbuffet og restaurant med få retter på menyen.

The property was very modern. The room was incredibly spacious. Even though we only got a room on the fourth floor there was still a decent skyline view. The facilities were clean and the staff was delightful at every interaction.

清潔で過ごしやすい。 中央駅までは少し歩くが、食事やショッピング、観光の拠点には利便性が良い。 中央駅周辺から夜間の移動は不安が伴う。女性1人での徒歩移動はおすすめできない。

Sehr schönes Hotel. Hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können (Zimmer). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Es war eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden und mussten leider 4 Mal Nachfragen bis wir neues erhalten haben. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.

Ein top modernes,neues Hotel nähe des HBF mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, super Bett, Minibar und großem Kleiderschrank. Zimmerservice ist verfügbar und das Housekeeping macht auch einen tollen Job. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Frankfurt bin, buche ich hier auf jeden Fall wieder ein Zimmer. TOP!

We arrived early and decided the pay the premium to access the room before 2, it was worth it. Hotel location is great, with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Definitely a great place to stay in Frankfurt

I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Great welcoming, excellent hospitality, delicious fresh breakfast every morning, very romantic dinner atmosphere. Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and hotel overall smells great.

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, tolles Frühstück.

A wonderful hotel with an exceptional team. Including Amin on the front desk and a superb team working in the very busy bar. Especially in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

Ich war für eine Nacht im NH Collection Spin Tower und rundum begeistert. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist atemberaubend – ein echtes Highlight meines Aufenthalts! Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der hervorragende Service: Mein Feedback zum Zimmerservice wurde sofort ernst genommen und direkt vom Qualitätsmanager beantwortet. Als kleine Entschuldigung erhielt ich zwei Flaschen Wasser aufs Haus – eine sehr aufmerksame Geste, die zeigt, wie kundenorientiert das Hotel arbeitet. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und geschätzt. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde bei Gelegenheit definitiv wiederkommen!

Frühstück und Gym top. Die Lüftung im Zimmer ist nachts störend laut.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, weshalb wir alles schnell erreichen konnten. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im 16. Stock mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt.

Beautiful hotel right next to the shopping mall and the train station. My corner room is very spacious with gorgeous view. Staff from the front desk, restaurant &bar and room cleaning are super nice and helpful! Breakfast buffet is delicious with a lot of varieties. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 star is because of too many constructions around the property. Overall I had a very nice stay. Thank you.

We got a junior suite and it’s better than expected. New hotel. Spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and relax area.
