The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was impeccably clean. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. The pool area was stunning, and the restaurants provided a delicious dining options.

Let’s begin with the check-in staff—unfortunately, they came across as quite unfriendly and seemed more engaged in chatting with each other than assisting guests. I did receive the ocean view room I paid for, which was appreciated. However, the room itself had several maintenance issues: the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, paint from the balcony door was chipping and falling onto the floor (even landing in our food at one point), and we stepped on a loose screw that had fallen to the ground. We reported these concerns to the staff, but no one appeared to take any action. Additionally, I developed small red bumps on my thighs that resembled bed bug bites—though I didn’t actually see any bugs, so I can’t confirm that. The hotel is also located in a rather remote area. Be aware that taxis charge per person, ranging from $12 to $20 depending on your destination. If you’re easygoing and just looking to enjoy a beautiful view and some great food, this place might still be worth considering.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Rooms were spacious, nice bathroom, comfortable mattresses, liked everything about the room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the desk person, to the wait staff, bartenders. Exceptional service. 3 very nice pools. There was only one issue while we were here. The beach access. Since I have a bum knee we took the shuttle which dropped us at the Bouy House and it was a little bit of a walk to our Beach. They have an elevator which went down to our beach but the little bridge to cross over was broken so we couldn’t access the elevator. There are stairs which we used but climbing 94 stairs to come back up my knee was on fire. If it wasn’t for that I would have given this hotel 5 stars for everything. If you have no physical limitations this hotel is perfect.

Our stay at The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable. We stayed in a Deluxe One King Bed with Sofa Bed Ocean View room, and the view was breathtaking — every evening we watched stunning sunsets and ships sailing by. It felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. They generously comped us dinner and two drinks, and after hearing my story — that one of my last conversations with my mother was about her love for St. Thomas and her hope that I would visit — they surprised us with champagne and strawberries in our room. Their kindness meant the world to me and made the trip even more meaningful. The resort’s restaurants were fantastic; we ate at all of them and loved every meal. We also explored local spots offsite and visited six beaches, each with its own beauty and charm. Along the way, we made friends with a taxi driver who made getting around easy and fun. This trip was truly a gift — a beautiful experience connected to a special memory of my mother. Thanks to The Westin's incredible hospitality, breathtaking location, and thoughtful staff, we made memories that will last a lifetime. We’re already planning to return! Five stars, 10/10 — absolutely perfect.

Wonderful resort

This hotel has a fantastic panoramic view. We see cruise ships going in and out every day and I had three beautiful pools. The front desk staff was very helpful. Frank in particular was amazing.

Amazing will definitely be back

The service and the staff were great! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The one issue I had was the beach was not at the Weston proper but rather at Buoy the adjacent property. This is misleading. I pulled up your site on the internet and it shows the beach. This is misleading as it is not right in front of the Weston building. I booked the reservation under the belief the beach would be at the "Weston" property. Misleading advertising!!!

Everything was perfect. Staff was very nice. Room was great. Beach and pool areas were amazing. Wonderful Stay overall :)

Very poor service at the Asian restaurant {twice} Algee on all the chairs in the pool , was bad and also the bar pool , staff was very nice , food was good in every restaurants

The Westin St. Thomas offers a stunning beachfront paradise with breathtaking views and gorgeous grounds. The property itself is a Caribbean gem with its pristine beaches and well-maintained facilities. Unfortunately, the beautiful setting was consistently undermined by frustratingly slow and inattentive service. Wait times at restaurants were excessive, requests for basic amenities required multiple follow-ups, and staff often seemed overwhelmed or disinterested. Room service was particularly disappointing, with orders arriving cold and incomplete. While I would return for the idyllic location and picturesque setting, the service quality falls well short of what you'd expect from a resort of this caliber and price point. If management could improve staff responsiveness and overall service standards, this would be a five-star destination.
