The room was well prep and clean. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating with our luggage since we arrived a bit early.

Es un hotel muy lindo y cómodo,el desayuno estuvo muy completo, buena atención.

The property was pet friendly and provided accommodations such as a pet bed, bowl, and a food tailored for you special pet. The room was spacious, had a sofa, a king bed and had a large window with a nice view. There is a restaurant (Cavas Urbanas), a bar, and a pool in the same floor as the lobby with the gym on the next floor. The food and drinks were excellent with my favorite part being the breathtaking view of the outdoor terrance of the restaurant and the swimming pool. While all that is excellent, it wouldn't mean anything without the amazing staff! I can't say enough good things about this place. I will absolutely stay here again on my future visits to Monterrey.

El personal de apoyo en el desayuno no tiene una atención de calidad, muchas vueltas y poca eficacia. No el que se mueve mas es mas eficiente

La recepción pesimo... llegue 2:05 pm al check in. No me dieron mi habitacion hasta que fueran las 3:00pm por regla del hotel... PEROOOO. Llego un cliente al mismo tiempo que yo y a esa familia si le dieron su habitacion por que pago en el mostrador y mas caro que en lo que a mi me costo en la app de hoteles.com. sentí que a esa familia si le dieron habitacion por que ellos pagaron ahi... y a mi familia no nos dieron habitacion por que aun faltaban 55 minutos.

El menú del desayuno es muy bueno, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, hubo unos detalles en cuanto a la limpieza pero en general es un muy buen lugar para pasar unos días geniales en la ciudad! Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí!

No hemos desayunado, habitación limpia , está icacion se les olvidó dejar sobres d café , estacionamiento muy bien , en si nuestro es hotel preferido en Monterrey
