Great location, lovely breakfast, helpful staff

This was a fantastic spot for our couple of days in San Sebastian. The room was wonderful as was the hotel. One thing to note is that there is no shampoo or conditioner so make sure to bring your own. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Jag kan verkligen rekommendera Hotel Atari om man ska besöka San Sebastian. Jag var där med min man och tre andra kompis. Hotellet ligger mitt i Gamla stan och det är några minuter ner till havet och alla restauranger precis runt hörnet. Mysiga små gränder med rolig shopping finns också precis vid hotellet. Jag skulle säga att hotellet ligger absolut bäst till i San Sebastian om man vill bo mysigt och kan nära till restauranger och shopping. Vi bodde i en svit högst uppe i hotellet med egen terrass med utsikt mot kyrkan. Hotellet är tvåstjärnigt, vilket ingen av oss riktigt förstår. Det känns mer som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

Great central location in the old town. Clean and chic interior hotel and rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout. Amazing breakfast too! Would definitely recommend! Only minor gripe if can add nice shower shampoo/ wash instead of a single large dispenser and no need for plastic toothbrushes.

This is a newly restored hotel in the perfect location in the casco viejo de San Sebastian (the old part of the town) within walking distance of everything you will want to do, including going to La Concha beach. It is clean, everything works and the rooms have everything you expect. Our room faced the Basilica de Santa Maria del Coro built in the 18th century (and yes, the church bells ring but they did not bother us and it adds to the charm!). The Atari Grastroteka is a well regarded pintxo place right next door. Try it for sure but you have literally dozens and dozens of pintxo places all around. Try them all. We loved staying here and will be back.

Excelente hotel con muy buena ubicación

It’s a great place to stay in the old city. It’s so close to everything and I thought it would be harder to get there by cab, but you had to walk down a few steps and you’re in the heart of everything. We had a nice very comfortable king size bed with plenty of space in the room for our luggage. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and 1 billion restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend it.

Nice and central place to stay i San Sebastián

Breakfast and all services was excellent, also nice with the rooftop.

Very nice and perfectly situated hotel in the very center of everything in the old city. Very nice rooms and beds.

Location was sensational for a brief stay - right in the heart of Old Town, so extremely busy and bustling, and convenient to everywhere. The windows were extremely effective at keeping the significant street noise out, so the room was very comfortable and peaceful. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In our original room, the bed was facing the balcony window, which faced a series of balconies across the very narrow street. As the rooms don't have sheer curtains and the shutter blades aren't adjustable, to achieve any privacy you have to shut out all the light. Not a huge issue, but a little disappointing. I'm not sure of the configuration of the other rooms on that side of the building, so it may be isolated to just a few. We were staying for a few nights, so requested to move if possible and they were very accommodating - moving us to another room the next day, which had a much better layout and was excellent. They seem to occasionally have deals and specials, and if you can book those, it's extremely good value. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel, staff were outstanding in their welcome and helpfulness. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Location really cannot be beaten yet the rooms are peaceful due to quality windows, ensuring a great sleep.

The rooms a pretty small, clean sound canceling windows, patio o the upper floor. The most amassing thing is the breakfast and location. The hotel is very expensive.
