This hotel is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is okay, but the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff is impeccable. I enjoyed my stay here!

It's an okay property not worth the price they charge

If you want to see the true India, Adiva Hotel is ideally situated, with lots of traders on the street, Although some areas are less than desirable after dark. Just a short taxi ride away from the Gateway Of India. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and food was excellent. Staff were courteous, efficient and nothing was to much problem for them.

Management unfriendly, breakfast always limited & cold food,one of our friend in room #907 got sick & had leave two days early with no refund

Was super clean and very convenient. Transport was easy to get to travel to places

No spoons, not generous with tea, coffee and whitener. One cup per person perhaps.

Adiva is a hidden gem in the grant road area. Safe, clean, super helpful staff. Property was well maintained. Price was very reasonable for the quality. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you all staff members for a great stay!

On est arrivé à midi fatigué le Check in était à 14h! La chambre est vraiment médiocre, beaucoup d’humidité, beaucoup de moustique car la fenêtre côté douche ne se ferme pas! Le jour de notre départ on a dû descendre nos bagage nous même à 2h du matin! On a appelé la réception 5 fois personne est venu. Niveau propreté pas bien car beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner pas terrible à part la machine à café!

Hotel was nice. little expensive as per the location and near by area but it was as per US standard. staff was ok not much helpful working by the books. area around was not good. even the gaurd at gate were just busy browsing mobile not really looking to help much. only good thing was the view from hotel and amenities. hotel location is helpful if you ae looking to travel near by areas other wise traffic is horrible.

There was no parking. It was inconvenient. The area around is not good.

Great stay in the middle of real Mumbai and convenient for all parts of the city. Unexpectedly lovely skyline view from a huge window too. Best shower in India!

very well managed hotel. clean rooms with very comfortable bed and bedding. furnishings overall a bit dated but in good condition. extremely friendly and helpful staff and excellent service. breakfast buffet basic but good. wifi could be more consistent. overall a great experience especially in this budget category!! would return here anytime.
