Excelente ubicacion, la persona de recepcion muy amable y accesible para cualquier situación, la alberca estaba muy limpia y agradable, las camas que nos tocaron estaban muy comodas y teniamos en la habitacion un frigobar que nos facilito tener nuestras bebidas a la mano y frescas, ademas de la señora de limpieza siempre accesible para ayudarte.

Excellent. Jose' at reception was great, and the maid was very friendly and kept everything so tidy in rooms, community areas, and pool. Jose' granted me a late checkout due to my dive boat leaving later than usual. Thanks for everything Jose'.

The location is great. Just steps to the marina, and downtown restaurants and shopping. Rooms are basic and inexpensive- and very clean! The person that checked me in was friendly and efficient. He very quickly moved me to a different room when the door lock on the first room wasn’t working properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was excellent. The location is the best, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the marina were you will find lots of activities. The rooms are ok, don’t expect something fancy but the beds are comfortable, quiet and good for resting before the next adventure.

Good location with a nice courtyard pool. There is a lovely little park just in front of the hotel as well. The rooms are very sparse but were clean and sufficient for a budget stay.

We really enjoyed the location ! The room and hotel was pretty much as described however, the pool did not look very clean, and the 24 hour security is actually for the private residences next to the hotel. The shared kitchen was quite run down and not really usable. The hotel and neighbouring residences were very noisy although this could have been because it was over the spring break. We also weren't able to lock our balcony slider door which didn't seem to be a problem as the place seemed fairly safe and we were on the second floor.

Nice area I do recommend

Hotel rooms are well kept by their housekeeper but rooms lacked sufficient lighting, furniture was broken yet kept in the room as serviceable. It’s as if the owner is in the middle of selling the hotel to a developer and therefore refuses to put money into it. The website doesn’t accurately depict the decrepit condition of the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and seemed somewhat clean however, I did not have water hot water for two days. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived. I asked it to be fixed which they did. They also claim to have fixed the hot water, but it was not fixed. We ended up switching rooms For the last two nights.

Great place to stay, clean and convenient for walking to downtown and the marina. Would definitely recommend it to anyone

This property is in a great location you can walk everywhere but the installations are very old and they don’t maintain it. The pool was cold and dirty, the rooms dusty and the bathroom super small and bad condition. I will not give them even one star, I do t know how Expedia promote this place.

Todo estuvo en orden, mantiene una buena relación costo - beneficio, no es nada lujoso pero con lo necesario para tener una buena estancia, la playa no está cerca pero vale la pena la caminata, tiene hermosas vistas

I loved the seclusion, quiet, and affordable. Loved the quiet hot tub, pool option. The staff was so supportive. I will return one day.
