The manager at Tau House , Santiago was very warm and welcoming and very helpful in making my husband’s birthday very special . All the staff was great ! We spent the morning Kayaking and we also used their jacuzzi. Thank you Santiago for taking care of us! Ruby

Beautiful hotel with lovely lake views and amazing service!

Excelllent on all accounts! This was the most pleassant and rewarding hotel experience we have had for years. The staff is very attentive, and unusually friendly. Smiling, helpful and a true pleassure to communicate with. (And they know English too, which is not very usual around in this area.) The hotel has a beautiful location, and the facilities are perfect. Our room was large, beautifully furnished - and had a great view over the lake. Sunny terrasse. Quiet. We were offered a large variety of food and drinks, and it was artistically presented and tasted good. Everything was above what you could expect - and most perfect was the friendly staff.

We loved our stay here beautiful hotel lovely views over the lake The staff here are amazing especially Santiago who was so helpful and looked after us We had welcome drinks which was a nice touch Breakfast was amazing you have a choice of a few items really lovely We ate at the restaurant one evening was great and the service was amazing Our room was fantastic and had a terrace looking over the lake Very clean room great shower We would definitely recommend this hotel it is only a tuk tuk ride away from The rock and the colourful town the hotel will call a tuk tuk for you Love to come back one day Wish we could have stayed longer when we left we were given chocolates as a thank you for staying there nice touch

This hotel rose above my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly, the service is exceptional, & the room was very clean and spacious. The view from this hotel was beautiful. The cook to order free breakfast was exceptional. The dinner service was exceptional with reasonable prices. I booked a massage and I would do it again, I appreciated that I was able to book that service very last minute. The hot tub was delightful at the end of the night. Overall I would stay here again but for more time.

Staff superb. They are very accomodating. Love the firepit and hottub at night. Very beautiful okace, the best in the area.
