房間沒有空調，雖有附電風扇，但電線較短且插座配置比較不好。房間配置比較奇怪，玄關、主臥與浴室在三個空間。飯店位於住宅區，輕軌站附近。

Good location, reasonable price, clean room, nice breakfast,... everything are as good as we expected.

从火车站出来乘坐九号有轨电车，到站走大概100米就到酒店了。酒店提供丰富的早餐，我觉的性价比还是蛮高的。

Reception staff was polite but not so helpful as we had to live in one floor while my daughters lived on different floor. It seemed that the staff did not want to pay extra effort to make customers satisfied.

酒店很細心, 會給免費交通咭及2樽水, 早餐可以, 房間清潔. 要坐電車10分鐘到酒店. 但是還很方便的.

Further than described. Not a convenient location. Manager was not a welcoming man. Only thing good about this hotel was the free breakfast. Please save your money and book somewhere else.

Rooms are clean, breakfast included was good value, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is 5 min walk to the bus stop that would take you to the main station. I would stay here again if I come back to Bern.

No AC in a 45•C room!!!

The Waldhorn staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping make the most of each day. The free coffee and apples were great. Easy (and beautiful) walking distance to swim entry points for the Aare as well as the old town. Great meals at the Lebanese restaurant up the block, and the Kornhauskellar over the bridge.

Friendly staff
