Everything we could have hoped for. The staff especially were outstanding, special mention for Mandy and Michael. Breakfasts outstanding and served so quickly. Clean and comfortable everywhere. Highly recommended and will stay there again.

Room was spotless as was public areas and the outdoor space. Staff excellent- very helpful. No complaints about food. What I would say is I don’t have any complaint about dogs in the hotel as I do like them and any I seen were well behaved but I do not think they should be allowed on the furnishings. Also safes in the room would be better placed higher up. Not ideally placed for disabled or anyone with mobility problems to access them. But overall I would be happy to stay there again.

Wonderful, beautiful property. Refurbished 3 years ago but looks like it was just done. Lovely!. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Right across street from beach area and family friendly activities. Quiet area. Glad I chose this area and hotel rather than in a city. Would return!!

Lovely one night stay at Offshore Hotel. Only one small problem as we were on the top floor and the room was very hot.

Great location and very dog friendly hotel . If your not a dog lover maybe not for you as there are a lot of 4 legged guests This was our third stay , didn’t find the food as good as previously and understaffed st breakfast which resulted in not as relaxed experience as perhaps most people would ideally want. Nice terrace for drinks in the sunshine seating ok for short stays no cushions so not the most comfortable Overall a pleasant stay

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel in a great location for the beach, shopping, pubs and restaurants. The parking is horrendous, I had to park 15 minutes walk away, not the most convenient when I had a lot of luggage.

Our room did overlook the beach and was quite adequate for a couple of nights stayif not a little small . The cleanliness of the room was fine spart from the corners in the shower need a litle attention .The staff were all very pleasant and friendly and the breakfast very nice .We will try other Inn collection hotels in the near future .
