Great location, just next to SJO airport (so airplanes flying by on top, but not during the night) and supermarket, with gated parking lot. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate. 2BR with small equipped kitchen and living room.

What an amazing find close to the airport! Edward was proactive in communicating and very hospitable. He picked us up at the airport and took us to our rental car the next day. Our room was spotless, spacious and minutes from the airport. We did not explore the area as we arrived late and left early the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area. If you need an inexpensive clean room, this is the place to book.

Can’t say enough about Edward and his property. He was such a genuine person and made our experience amazing. The property is very clean and had two separate rooms. Would definitely recommend staying here. Also about eight minutes from the airport!

Perfect stay for a quick overnight

Edward is extremely nice and helpful, excellent host for sure.

Edward and his wife were very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was short, but was a clean comfortable roof over our heads for the 8 hours we were there. Had an early morning flight, Edward fit our family of 5 into his vehicle with all of our bags and drove us to the airport in the early morning. Would definitely consider coming back for a future stay.

We did a short overnight stay after late flight in. Host was wonderful for communication, pickup, and transfer. Room was comfy, clean and cozy. There is some noise from airplanes and traffic, but we slept well. Great in room coffee, but we left too early to try breakfast. Recommend for wonderful hosts, nice room and airport location

We needed a place to stay over for the night in between flights and they were so hospitable! Went out of the way to take us to Denny’s and the pharmacy! Everything was clean and ready with great coffee!! Clean water! Would stay here again!!

Edward and family was a quaint getaway if San Jose! The room was very clean and modern. It was conveniently located next to the main strip in San Jose with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The only negative this about the location is that the proximity to the airport makes it kind of noisy with the planes taking off and landing. Edward the owner was very nice and helpful. He even let me park in his personal garage since my vehicle was too big for the parking space provided with the room. They even offered a delicious breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, and coffee which they prepared and brought to our room for us. We appreciated the friendly and personal service that Edward provided.

Nous avons adoré débuter notre séjour au Costa Rica à cet emplacement! Logement très propre et disposant d’un bel espace commun sur la terrasse. Hôte disponible et qui répond rapidement. Rassurant d’avoir une personne fiable pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport. A la fin de notre séjour, il nous a aussi reconduit au point de pick-up pour le shuttle et a attendu avec nous pour être certain que tout était correct vu le retard de l’autobus. Edward a été notre chauffeur et guide pour une superbe journée à explorer les sites dans la région qui valent vraiment la peine d’être visités!

Great place close to airport

Edwardo was incredibly helpful and the place was safe, spacious and clean!

Edward is fantastic. All the reviews are accurate, it is loud because it's near the airport, but Edward communicates well and picked us up from the bus station for a fee. A much better option than a taxi or Uber. A good place to stay if you need to catch an early flight the next day.

We received an excellent service from Edward. Understandably, being so close to the airport, the noise from planes landing and taking off was loud but besides this, the place was perfect. We definitely recommend Edward and familia for short term stays.

Had a short, but great stay! For $10 he was kind enough to take us to the airport at 2:30am for our 5am flight! Very nice family, super close to airport.

Edward was very communicative & an excellent host concerned about our satisfaction at all times. Beautiful and well accommodated unit. Area was a little loud but running the bedroom ac drowned out the noise. Easy transport from Edward to the airport. We look forward to staying with Edward & his family again,

The host was amazing and so generous. The property was clean and secure. We used their vehicle service as well and it was so simple and convenient. No complaints.

It was perfect for a one night stay before we flew out of San Jose. For a couple of extra dollars they provided a transaction shuttle to the airport. The owner was super nice. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here.
