Ajan hammas on jo jonkun verran narskuttanut tämän majoituksen pintoja ja huonekaluja, mutta jos ei anna tämän häiritä niin yläkerroksen huone kivoilla näkymillä tarjosi mukavan yöpymiskokemuksen.

Le studio ne correspond en rien aux photos ni au descriptif du site. C'est extrêmement petit,vétuste et sale. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. Ni cafetière ou bouilloire dans le kitchenette contrairement à ce qui était mentionné. Confort rudimentaire. À éviter

The room was as expected, basic, clean, and comfortable. It fully met our needs and we enjoyed the views of the cruise liners, close proximity of the beaches, restaurants, shops and public transport. Would recommend and would book again.

Kjøleskapet fungerte fint, og det var godt med kjøkkenutstyr for frokostlaging etc.

Die zugleich teuerste und schlechteste Unterkunft, die ich bei meinen 5 Mal je in Las Palmas hatte. Ich habe keine hohen Ansprüche, aber unangenehmer so unangenehmer Check-In und die ganze Woche Baulárm müssen nicht sein. Stunden vor der angekündigten, angeblichen Rezptionsschließung kommentarlos und unfreundlich um einen Code betteln zu lassen, um damit dann nach Ewigkeiten um die Ecke aus einer Schlüsselbox den Schlüssel holen zu müssen. Dann die gsnzen Tage über ab nachmittags Baulärm aus allen Richtungen vor dem nicht gewarnt wurde und für den sich nicht entschuldigt wurde.

The room was neglected, cold and there were insufficient bed covers. There were hardly any facilities and everything was old, dirty or damaged

Fin utsikt til Parque de Santa Catalina, som var overraskende stille om natten. Svært sentral beliggenhet. Hyggelige ansatte. Noe slitent hotell.

Fin utsikt över hamnen. Ingen balkong men morgonsolen strålade in i burspråket. Ett litet kök och vattenkokare. Det gick att fixa lite enkelt.

Nice stay for a weekend getaway. Great location, in walking distance to the bus station, the beach, park or the port. Yes, it can be a bit too noisy at night, but that's to be expected considering all the bars and the location of the apartments. All in all, I personally enjoyed the stay and looking forward to seeing you again on the next trip to Las Palmas (hopefully next time it won't be in the middle of a storm ) :) :)

Rummet slitet men rent. Finns hiss, men ett par trappsteg upp. Ligger centralt med nära till busstationen, 7-8 min promenad till stranden. Alla restauranger och chopping man kan behöva runt hörnet.

zimmer einfach eingerichtet, nur das nötigste, sauber , neue harte matratzen. leider war die duschkabine kaputt , aber dusche selbst und duschkopf einwandfrei.kochniesche funktional und geschirr genau für 2 personen.zimmer sauber , alle 2bis 3 tage neue handtücher, bettwäsche 1 mal die woche. neuer fernseher wie boiler. für ferien in fenen man sowiso nur zum schlafen in der unterkunft ist reicht rs vollkommen.
