Easy to check-in and out. Location is great, close to old town. Room door is a little problem with noise when other room open or close. Maybe is because of air pressure but I didn't have a good sleep because of that.

浴室的熱水夠熱，沖澡地方夠大，頗舒適。面對街口的房間入夜還是會聽到施工聲或喝醉的路人在大叫。服務人員反應很快，當我們房間凌晨三點遇到有人在房間啪啪時，接待處的女生立刻上來處理並叫他們打包離開，非常有魄力，令人安心。

A little bit far away from the train station, but the hostel was generally good. Large kitchen with plenty of common areas. The room is quite clean and the ventilation is good.

All services in good standing.

I have no complaints about this property. I had a great stay while in Krakow. I highly recommend the Atlantis Hostel

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble j’ai raconter de belles personnes dans la chambre avec qui ont a pu profitez des activités de Cracovie. Bon souvenir du bar de l’hostel et particulièrement de Charlie avec qui j’ai pu discuter. Malheureusement je me suis fait volé dans la luggage room et malgré la camera présente le personnel d’accueil me dis ne pas pouvoir vérifier. Cela me servira de rappel encore une fois preuve que les gens malhonnêtes sont partout pour ruiner vos expériences…

Have used other Hostels/Hotels in this chain previously. Always high quality. So , good that I'm staying in Krakow again next week before flight home.

Situado muy céntrico, cerca de todo. La habitación era amplia, la conexión wifi bastante decente. No tienen servicio de habitaciones pero tampoco hace falta. La cama era cómoda. Repetiríamos si volvieramos a Cracovia.

Clean room, ensuite, room was pretty quiet for the location. Very good value for money

The access or proximity to some different touristic places in the city.

Really good location in the city. Close to castle and restaurant area. Remember a towel, since it is NOT included in the room (but says it is). Good possibility to make your own food but it is crowded with people so good to get social with others.

For the price I paid, it served its purpose for a night’s stopover on My Journey to Zakopane. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions regarding My twenty minute walk back to the railway station and a towel was supplied for the equivalent of £1. Lockers are supplied therefore security is not a problem a socket comes with every bed.
