在这里的体验很差。聊天群里工作人员回复信息的方式很不尊重顾客。他们也提供客服支持，但服务很差，态度也很糟糕。

我预订了8月31日的这套房子，然后房东问我能不能帮我换到一区的另一套房子。可以，但是入住的时候，房子太糟糕了。没有牙刷，沐浴露用完了，没有热水，卫生间的气味也很糟糕。我晚上7点入住，然后早上9点就提前退房了，因为房子状况很差。不推荐。

最无聊的公寓。价格高，房间糟糕透了。虽然已经付了两天的钱，但我不敢再住第二天。我整晚都没睡好，床又矮，毯子又脏。

还行，预订方便，干净，没什么可抱怨的

Cực kỳ thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Không có người hỗ trợ trực tiếp. Tất cả dịch vụ đều mất phí (gửi xe, gym, hồ bơi) tại sao tôi phải mất phí trong khi mô tả có thể sử dụng. Một kỳ nghỉ tệ!!!

Beautiful city view and great environment to be in. Staff is very accommodative and helpful. Highly recommended for solo & couples to blend in Ho Chi Minh City and still stay in a very protective environment.

From check-in to check-out, the process was simple and straightforward. The apartment was well furnished, quiet, centrally located with all the amenities you could want: swimming, bars and restaurants, coffee shops, gym, shopping, and a gorgeous park for a casual evening stroll. I highly recommend it to anyone or family who's looking to stay in Saigon for any duration.

Everything looks good, the apartment is on the 35th floor, fully furnished and luxurious, the apartment is super spacious and new, the infinity pool makes me unable to leave this place. I then extended my stay for 1 more night and not according to the original plan because the infinity swimming pool here makes me very excited.

Nice view from the window. The host tries to quickly resolve emerging minor issues. I can recommend it for a short stay.

The property was clean and comfortable, it felt like home. The location was really convenient with shops, restaurants, and parks.

Doris is a top host. The one-bedroom apartments were full, and she was able to put me in a 2-bedroom with amazing views. Thanks Doris.

The view from the room window is very nice, and the room size, arrangement, and cleanliness are good.

Dịch vụ cskh không tốt, mình muốn tìm người chỉ dẫn đến địa điểm nhưng không ai hỗ trợ. Gọi hotline không ai bắt máy, vậy là mình phải bỏ luôn tiền chuyển trước, không đến nhận phòng được. Thắc mắc tại sao app lớn mà làm ăn kì cục vậy, mình không đến nhận được phòng cũng không ai liên lạc để hỗ trợ là sao ??
