The breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast crew was very friendly, happy all the time!

Beds were comfy, A/C worked great, spacious enough, one of our rooms had a patio which was nice. Three pool was pretty small, but we prefer the beach anyway. It was a very short walk to get to the town with restaurants, shoes, bike rentals, etc. It was disappointing that they didn't have any rooms for a family of 4 so we had to split into 2 rooms. An unknown benefit was that we were able to get our laundry done (~$20 for a full hamper, and it came back there next morning folded nicely). Overall I would recommend unless the ones right on the beach were close in price.

Great place to stay. Had the only real hotel feel of the places we stayed in the Galapagos. Great staff, great coffee, clean rooms, breakfast, and all the information you may need. Took their ferry to Santa Cruz and it was great as well!

Hotel is very comfortable, nice to be in, a very good breakfast, and a caring staff. The hotel is well maintained. It was our best of 3 hotels while in the Galapagos. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff was excellent.. the rooms were clean . Seems that the management is disconnected from the hotel, and throw every problem to the staff. The hot water issue and the breakfast which wasn t great.. it should be the management / owners responsible to actually fix the proble and not just collect the money. But lovely staff and very helpful

The hotel overlooks the Lagune snd there were always birds to watch there, including flamingos. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were quite, big and very clean. Loved this place.

Room had a balcony with a view to the lagoon where we could see flamingos! Blackout curtains, TV, air conditioning, hot water and great water pressure. Drinking water right outside our door. Very conveniently located to go anywhere in town. Highly recommend.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. They clean the room everyday and replenishes any used items and/or towels.

He went above and beyond to make our stay special — from thoughtful recommendations tailored to our interests to small personal touches that made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than in a hotel. He is passionate about what he does, and it shows. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and well-located — but it’s Gian Carlos who truly makes Hotel La Laguna unforgettable. The breakfast is also super and the chef prepares personalized dishes to your pleasing. They also serve local products produced at local farms on the island. We can definitely recommend staying in La Laguna if you plan to visit Isabela.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff close to everything you need. Definitely get one of the lake view rooms to enjoy sunsets with the flamingos

The view is amazing, and the staff is always helpful. I have no complaintsñ it's the best place to stay in Isabela.

Check did not go well. Had to wait for our room and then saw there was no furniture on our balcony. Had to ask for another room.

Over all we enjoyed our stay, but we spent the first night killing mosquitos, after that it seemed to be under control. Not a good way to start your vacation.

Hotel and staff were great. Was right across from flamingo lagoon which was really neat. Very clean and beautiful room. Very short walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Helped with doing laundry and gave boxes breakfast for early checkout.
