Overall I loved the hotel room except that I got the windowless room. Also the location is quite ' hidden '.

Can I share my opinion, if you don't mind? First, me and my family really enjoyed staying at your hotel. I've booked two premium twin rooms online and one family room by walk-in for my parents and my little brother. But what happened was that my little brother suddenly fell down from his bed and accidentally hit the corner of your bed. We didn't expect that the corner of your bed was sharp. So maybe the hotel can do something to cover the corner of your bed in each room? I think it is a bit dangerous for others. If you are more than two people or bring your kids together, do take a family room for your comfort. But overall, I was OK with the room, the staff, the parking, and being closed to the shops.
