The Room View is excellent

交通方便，面湖房間非常享受，渡輪站就在對面

The location is very good, near railway station. Nice view and just in front of the lake. The room is a bit small.

地點雖離車站不遠，但對首度造訪旅客略為不便，但又被它臨湖的優美景緻平衡

根本是惡夢一場，住了3晚被外面的轟天雷音樂舞會吵到晚上12點還繼續，房間即便關了窗仍有音響的振動感覺得到，反正付的錢和所獲得的品質根本不成正比，是我目前住過3、40家歐洲旅館中最糟糕的

飯店有點太老舊，地板高低不平, 但是景色優美, 地點絕佳.

Good location. My room is on the first floor, quite noisy at nightime, until midnight.

可以说都不错啦，可以看到湖景，而且房间够大，到达也很方便。就是早餐有点简单了

A very good place to stay for a few days in Lugano, right in front of the beautiful lake and in the best area of the city for exploring on foot. The staff were extremely kind, and the room was very comfortable, except for the bathtub, whose base is curved rather than flat, making it somewhat unsafe in terms of maintaining balance.

If you can afford it, get a lake view. Absolutely worth it.

Wonderful hotel! We enjoyed our third floor room with balcony with a view of the lake. Staff are very helpful!

Ein tolles Hotel historischen 3-Sterne-Hotel - seit Generationen in Familienbesitz, das spürt man (!!!) direkt am See. Super freundliches Personal, liebevolles Frühstück, top sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
