Everything thing about this hotel was absolutely amazing! We would most definitely stay here again on a return visit just to see Joseph at the front entrance.

The whole experience of staying at Raffles was absolutely superb. Fabulous room and view, impeccable service, everything was first class as you would expect from Raffles.

Amazing hotel!

Excellent

Beautiful property, good staff and attentiveness, disappointing sleep quality. The hotel itself is stunning and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable, although I’ve experienced better. Unfortunately, sleep was extremely poor. There are no proper blackout curtains, despite the blinds light escapes into the room so the room is very bright, and the flashing fire detector light on top of your head throughout the night was unbearable. For anyone with light sensitivity or sensory issues, this can make sleep impossible and even cause dizziness. A beautiful stay overall, but rest and sleep need serious attention.

I’m rating the raffles a 4/5 stars only bc I expected for a better breakfast I paid extra for. Also expected the spa to have a more spacious spa. The jacuzzis can accommodate 2/3 people max. Doesn't have a relaxation area. Other than that the service was excellent. Loved the fact they had Dyson hair tools for quicker drying, the room was constantly checked up on and cleaned.

Alt var perfekt. Hotellet har tænkt på alle detaljer og personalet var ekstrem søde. Flotteste værelse med de vildeste gadgets. Alt kunne styres fra ipad. Ingen ventetid ved indtjekning elller ved room service mm. Alle pengene værd!

Hotel sensacional! Quarto bem grande com muito conforto e vista do mar e da cidade! Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, e destaco o Henrique que nos deu toda atenção. Café da manhã simplesmente Incrível. Ótima localização. Valeu cada centavo! Super recomendo!
