This one is the best hotel/apartment I have ever seen. So clean. At the reception, Ryad he is the best. Keep up the good work. 5 stars

Avevo scelto questo hotel per la sua comodità e vicinanza all’aeroporto e le mie aspettative sono state confermate. L’hotel è molto vicino all’aeroporto, ha parcheggio coperto, la stanza l’ho trovata ampia e molto pulita. Il giusto compromesso per l’ultima notte in Tunisia prima della ripartenza.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! This time I discovered a lovely roof terrace. My only complaint is that the hotel is on a busy road and there was some noise. But it is a very convenient location, so it’s a balance.

Bella struttura in una zona commerciale di Tunisi, con negozi e ristoranti vicini. A dieci minuti anche dal lago. Personale molto gentile, stanza grande e molto comoda, anche il bagno. Ottimo anche il servizio transfer.

Breakfast was great (both food and service), the concierge in the afternoon was very nice, he arranged everything we needed fast.

It was great. Easy to find by Taxi. Close to the airport, about 10 mins. Quick check-in. We had a suite with a kitchenette where I made tea. Small sitting area and a separate bedroom. Be a great base for a small family exploring Tunis. Restaurants close by. Good choice at breakfast. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed,strong shower.

J’ai fait une seule nuit malheureusement. L’hôtel est impeccable, personnel accueillant et aimable. Très bien situé. Le resto accolé à l’hôtel est Topissime.

Nothing but praises about our stay at Maia Hotel Suites! The entire staff was helpful and kind and the service they provided was simply excellent. Two examples: The desk agent placed an order for food and had it delivered, from the restaurant downstairs, on our first night, because we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood. On the day we left, at 3:30am because we had an early flight, the desk agent (different from the first one) came downstairs to check on us after he saw on the security cameras that we were waiting for our taxi! And we had barely been waiting 5 minutes! The three security agents at the door were always cheerful. They provided tips and recommendations that made our 3-day visit even more pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean. Shower, sink and toilet were clean and worked well. Wi-Fi was dependable and fast. The breakfast was copious and delicious. We chose this hotel for its central location and weren't disappointed: 10 - 15 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic...) 20 minutes from the Medina and 20 minutes from Sidi Bou Said. We found taxis within less than 10 minutes each time we left the hotel to visit the city We very highly recommend the Maia Hotel Suites hotel for anyone visiting Tunis. If we ever come back to Tunis, we won't bother looking for a different hotel.

Accueil parfait de Bilal , très bon séjour , suite parfaite avec tout le confort nécessaire . Hotel calme , c’est très appréciable! Nous sommes ravis comme d’habitude. Petit bémol —> le parfum d’ambiance dans les couloir ,est beaucoup trop fort à mon goût .
