Parfait

A truly lovely hotel, distinguished by its exceptionally motivated and attentive staff. Throughout our stay, we wanted for nothing — every need was anticipated and graciously met. Particularly noteworthy is the hotel’s superb location, just steps from the cathedral, the Cœur de Troyes, and the enchanting old town, with its charming timber-framed houses, inviting cafés, and excellent restaurants. A delightful base from which to explore this historic and picturesque city.

2 points 1) concert de musique jusqu’à 23 h au bar, impossible de dormir 2) pas de réglage température dans la chambre 24degre et impossible de baisser la température…..très mal dormi

The staff were amazing. I was stuck in Troyes with an issue with my car. They really looked after me including driving me to the train station when the car garage let me down. They looked after me incredibly well and I would highly recommend the hotel for its spa and food.

Fine hotel but not super. Reservation sydtem of Spa did not work. Both times during our Spacresetvation came others. Otherwise no complaints.

Accueil impeccable. Hammam en panne et manifestement depuis plusieurs jours. Un peu étonné que l’accès à la pisicine et sauna n’est possible qu’une heure par jour. Déjeuné un peu simple pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Service impeccable.

Lovely centrally located hotel with great amenities and friendly staff

Sublime séjour, très belle chambre, le tout accompagné d’un service on ne peut plus convivial. Nous avons prévu de revenir.

Établissement magnifique et bien situé à 5min à pieds du centre ville. Tout le personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le spa est superbe, dommage que les jets du bassin de relaxation ne fonctionnaient pas.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé, et dont le personnel est aussi chaleureux que professionnel.

Idéalement placé pour la visite de cette belle ville

Je recommande emplacement excellent à côté du centre ville !juste un petit détail dans la salle d eau il manque un petit set coton tige coton bonnet cheveux pour avoir déjà fait des hôtels moins de 5 étoiles nous avions tous ça à disposition ! Mauvaise communication pour les serviettes à l espace détente …..et parking 25€ 😬
