Edificio nuevo pero con fallas en los servicios, la Tv no funcionaban tuve que bajar a recepción, el baño no cuenta con lugar para colocar el jabon y shampoo, literal el suelo! El colchón terrible y las almohadas peor, viejas con bolas!

Super lugar para quedarse, y el servicio de todo el personal es espectacular

Los alrededores están hermosos, el complejo está espectacular, el personal es super servicial y atento.

Es la segunda ocasión que elegimos este lugar para nuestra estancia, ya que me sentí muy cómoda la primera vez. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Excelente opción Pet friendly, nuestro viaje fue de 4 personas incluidos dos niños y una mascota, el departamento es muy amplio. El tren pasa cerca de las instalaciones, sin embargo, a mi familia no le incomodó ese detalle.

Todo excelente en nuestra estancia, solo hace falta cambio de refrigerador en el departamento que nos tocó, llevaba alimento para mi perrita congelado y se descongeló

I did not like the fact that the place did not have air conditioning and there was no alternative to the issue. The city was extremely hot and it made the whole stay uncomfortable

Todo excelente, lo unico por mejorar los accesorios para cocinar y el Internet es muy malo.

There was no AC in the apartment we had fans it was real hot. Was there for one week we didn’t get notified there was no AC until we got there. No one cleaned our apartment. We had to go ask for towels for toilet paper. There was hair all over the restroom on the floor on the sinks. It was horrible. I would not recommend no one to stay there.

Super lindo

No AC and its hot inside the room, dirty as it was not cleaned properly, the worst is the there was no water on all 4 bathroom sinks. To wash your hands after using the restroom you need to use the shower head. Very bad management. For the price better to stay in a different place.

Estuvimos opsedadas 2 días diferentes, la primera excelente todo. La segunda fue en un depa diferente, sin aire acondicionado, los enchufes sin energía eléctrica. Tiene un tema severo de electricidad. Se reportó a recepción, afortunadamente Guadalajara tiene un clima increíble y el depa unos ventanales que hicieron agradable la noche.

Me gustó la ubicación. No me gustó que al interior de los departamentos hay muchos temas descuidados, puertas, gavetas, mobiliario. Closets cajones y puertas con riesgo de lastimarse.
