服務人員相當親切，也能幫忙解決住宿上的問題，房間雖然小，但乾淨整潔，我們住6晚，每天都會整理，離國王十字車站走路2分鐘，很方便！

It’s very closed to a mega station. It’s worth it to pay this price for the location

酒店是英國排屋，房間比較細，隔音比較差，聽到其他房間嘅人傾談，房間雖然有窗，但係外面只係天井，因為我們住在地庫，酒店有少少舊，地板都有點破爛，浴室應該有裝修過，因為相對比較較新淨，不過浴室沒有掛衣服嘅位置，酒店沒有供應牙膏牙刷，沒有提供洗手液，只有小塊的肥皂，冷氣非常足夠，床褥很軟，酒店位置尚算方便，由國王十字車站步行5分鐘就到，附近一列嘅排屋都係酒店

Stained bed sheet, inclined floor (around 10 degree), water heater with remained water when check-in, desk with broken leg, not re-locking the room after cleaning Only good thing is the convenient location

Overall was what we needed for our stay in London. Small room but worth the price especially with the location. Staff where very helpful

Fantastic location, super helpful staff, great room Super clean bathroom, and room.

The shower was too small and water temperature quite difficult to manage. Also no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. But bed room space was quite good

A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil e solícita, as camas eram confortáveis e o hotel fica próximo à estação de King's Cross e a mercados. Contudo, o nosso quarto ficava no subsolo, o que não ficou claro durante a reserva, o banheiro e o chuveiro eram minúsculos e tivemos um problema em deixar a comida na geladeira, que não estava ligada.

Chambre passable : très petite, la table supportant la bouilloire tenait à peine debout, pas de fenêtre juste un vasistas puisqu’à l’entresol. Lit 2 places collé au mur, porte fermant mal et pas de chaise Enfin bref pour 150 eur la nuit …

I had a good stay overall. The bed was really comfy, which made it easy to rest after long days out exploring. For the price and location, it’s hard to complain—the hotel is conveniently near King’s Cross Station, which connects you to just about everything in London, and we were even able to do a Big Bus Tour and walk to a stop to get the tour started. Staff was quite helpful in getting us situated with the power plug situation. That said, there are a few downsides. The water can take a while to heat up at times, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms also aren’t very soundproof, so noise carries easily. I could hear staff vacuuming and other sounds late at night, which might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, it’s not a bad option for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city rather than in your room.

A dump, they should pay you to stay there!
