Lovely location. I would like to suggest mini fridges in the room.

First, the staff of the property were excellent they were extremely helpful from the moment my wife and I arrived to the moment we left. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel itself is in need of some maintenance. The restaurant we only had breakfast and an evening coffee and fruit platter and both were very good and as mentioned before the staff was excellent

Overall everything was good. It didn’t have regular tv channels. No cable

The place itself was good, clean, friendly staff, very reasonable prices on the stay, food and drinks. My only complaint is internet is terrible so if you need internet to stay connected (phone, iPad, laptops) expect to be very, very frustrated and unhappy. Also there are TVs in every room but there’s no cable TV, they’re smart TVs that need WiFi to be able to connect to YouTube, Netflix, etc, so again, terrible WiFi so no TV either. That, to me, was incredibly frustrating and upsetting as I like falling asleep watching TV and would have loved to be able to post pictures and videos but I had no WiFi the whole weekend despite a hotel technician trying to fix my issue.

Overall a good package, great beach to enjoy sunset, active beach life guard on premise was a plus, activities volleyball and cars, music, several pools, food was great! Was not packed. Nice palapas.

It was nice but not amazing. We stayed in one of the suites. The furniture looks old. The shower didn’t work so they moved us to another one.

The room needs more attention in need of more convenient other than that close to pretty much everything

Cats and dogs roaming all around the property. I’m highly allergic. And they kept coming for food and followed us the entire time

A nice beach getaway for the reasonable price. More fresh food options are needed especially since they do not allow outside food & bevs. Hotel needs some updating, especially to rooms.

It was close to the beach. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was nice and helpful.

We will come back. Our family had a blast.

Amazing place!!! All staff were so nice and welcoming! My favorite part was the bar inside the pool!
