Overall happy with this hotel, very nice and clean. Staff were also friendly. Only thing I would say is, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you will need a car if you book, which we did and the parking was secure.

Aloft Hotel in Muscat is fairly new, 18 months old. The hotel is situated close to Muscat International Airport with less that a 10 min ride. Despite the close proximity to the airport we didn’t notice any noise whatsoever. There are 3 restaurants offering a fine selection of food, but don’t expect highend gourmet. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good vanried selection of food and beverages. The rooms are great. Everything works, it is giving a modern impression. Fine WI-FI and great to see that the power sockets are “Europe”-fitted besides UK standard. The shower facility is great. Big, spacious. The only “negative” thing about the hotel is that the area is under development, but we didn’t notice any noise. Overall a very nice hotel and great value for money.

Sehr neue und sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter (frühzeitiger Check-in wurde ermöglicht). Netter kleiner Pool (beheizt) mit Liegen. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet und wunderbares Barbecue-Büffet am Abend. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel bzw in der Tiefgarage. Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen ca. 15 Minuten.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and it deserves more attention. I felt safe, appreciated and respected and got to enjoy my time in Muscat. The reception staff and housekeeping is what’s making it super special.

It was a nice modern place in between the airport and downtown. It has three great restaurants and two bars. The food is really good here.

Es startet mit durchschnittlichen 5-Sternen + neues, schönes Hotel ++ sehr sauber + gutes Essen + freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal + genügend gratis Parkplätze + komplett verdunkelbare Zimmer + ruhige Umgebung da etwas ausserhalb. - - Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, auch wenn sie abgeschaltet ist. Zum schlafen Ohrenstöpsel nicht vergessen (sofern Sie einen leichten Schlaf haben ), dann geht es ohne Probleme. - Schallisolation vom Zimmer in den Flur ist auch schlecht, man hört alles. Von anderen Zimmern habe ich nichts gehört. - Überteuertes Essen, plus bezahlt man am Schluss beinahe 30% mehr auf den Angegebenen Preis, da diverse Steuern exklusiv sind. Die Früchteplatte ist extrem klein und den Preis nicht annähernd wert. Fazit: 9 von 10 Sternen. Die Vorteile überwiegen die negativen Aspekte.

Unexpectedly nice. Super clean hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and the dining options are fantastic. The room itself is designed in a great way where everything is easy to use and is a very enjoyable space to be in. Super happy with the stay overall and will be back for sure.
