No personal in reception to register you checking in or out only a security , people drinking half naked all over the place, rooms small and without closed. Peeling off the paint, poor light ,and uncleanliness.this is no a hotel on any means.

I brought my family here as a last minute booking when a flight was cancelled. The owner took my money, then locked the gate and did not respond to phone calls when we arrived, so there was no way in. There's no doorbell or any other way to alert the front desk when you arrive, so I was stranded outside with my wide and small children in an unfamiliar neighborhood in a country where we did not speak the language. Not only did the owner not apologize, but despite the fact we hadn't stayed at the place, they refused to refund my money. We are a single income family with little kids. The owner then lied that they had not received any phone calls when I have call logs proving that they failed to answer. Hotels.com claim they can't do anything because the lying owner refuses to respond to them. Do not stay here, they are dishonest scammers.

Este es el peor sitio que jamás he visto. He solicitado reembolso completo pues no nos pudimos quedar a dormir por la situación tan calamitosa y lamentable en la que se encuentra

食事付き、ランドリー付きのためこちらに決めましたが、最後2日はオーナーが準備を忘れていたので食事はでませんでした。 また食事もゆでたまごのみ、という日もあるぐらい最悪でした。 ランドリーも米ドルで20ドルと大変高額でしたし、外の汚い洗濯機で洗うようでしたので使用しませんでした。 少し歩けば近所に5ドル程度でランドリーサービスがあります。 部屋も汚く、ベットはシミだらけ、タオルもシミだらけ、お湯はでないなど、最悪でした
