They did bill me extra of DKK2,826. I have chased them for 2 emails but no reply! Is it a good service?

Jeg mangler rengøringsdame. I 17 dage har vi selvrengøring. Og skrifter senge linned. Førstegang oplevelse, har aldrig opleve i hotellerne..

I quite enjoyed the night here. The only thing that was a bit off was a small stain on the bed sheet and the breakfast spread could have been a bit more extensive especially if you benchmark it to the price per night price. Beyond these remarks, there's not much to say. I would i come back, yes I would.

5/5 Stars – Flawless and Stress-Free Stay at Ibis Styles Copenhagen! Our stay at the Ibis Styles Copenhagen was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Check-in and check-out was incredibly quick and easy, setting a perfect tone for our trip. The absolute standout feature of this hotel is the team, especially Oliver and Myrtle. They were incredibly positive, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were remarkably quick to respond and always went above and beyond with a smile. It was reassuring to know that someone was available 24/7 if needed. The entire property, including our room, was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Location-wise, this spot was very convenient. Being located right by the metro made navigating the city effortless. It provided a fast, link to both the Copenhagen airport and the downtown core, saving us so much travel time. Thank you very much Oliver, Myrtle, and the rest of the team for making our time in Copenhagen so wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay, nice clean rooms and breakfast was fine!

Fijn hotel op een rustige locatie buiten het centrum van Kopenhagen, maar nabij het openbaar vervoer (metro, bussen, trein). Handig om naar het vliegveld te gaan en ideaal als je naar een concert gaat in de Royal Arena (zoals ondergetekende). De kamer was ruim en schoon; ik heb goed geslapen. Pluspunt: airconditioning, want het was erg warm de afgelopen dagen. Er is een restaurant, waar ik een heerlijk diner heb gegeten. Het ontbijt daarentegen was een beetje karig. Dus als je niet aan je trekken komt qua ontbijt: er is een bakkerij naast het hotel. Verder was het personeel erg behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk (veel dank aan Miro!). Voor mij is dit hotel een aanrader en ik zou hier weer overnachten.

Zimmer und Lage gut. Frühstück eher sparsam und wenig Platz. Kaffee gibt es kostenlos im Foyer aber die Maschinen sind sehr dreckig.

I am pleased with our choice to stay an Ibis, the hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located outside de center of town but there is a metro station in front of the hotel and it takes 10 min to get there. The breakfast could be a little better.

Overnatningen Ibis var godt som altid

The place is perfect. Outside of town but near the metro which gets you anywhere cheaply. No taxis needed. 10 minutes from the center of the city. It had A/C while others in the center of the city did not. Good thing because they broke a record in Denmark. The staff was so nice and helpful. Don't know her name but the lady at the reception desk helped me get anywhere I wanted to by telling me the closest Metro station. And the city of Copenhagen delivered in spades despite the heat.

Outstanding location, value, convenience, but staff were the very best.

Very nice place to stay... very helpful front desk... clean rooms... functional amenities... and excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station.

Superior room? Mindre end 3 meter bred, meget små, de er lige som camping. Burger var super dårlig. Første værelse tv virker ikke. Personalet venlig men onervaren.
