We had a very pleasant stay and overall was very happy. The shuttle service was great and everyone was super friendly. Brought an air mattress to lay on the pull out sofa and that worked great. Will definitely come back next year!

From the moment we got to the resort the staff was friendly and happy to have you as a guest. The resort had wonderful amenities from valet service, all the way to taking your chairs/umbrella out on the beach. You are right in the beach, just steps away. At 9am the pool opens, music starts, and its a wonderful experience. The pool is heated and the hot tub is perfect to warm up in after the beach. Overall our weekend was wonderful here at the Madisom Resort, we plan to make a other trip!

This is probably the cleanest place in Wildwood. The place is absolutely spotless,couple things that irked me a bit that held me back from giving it five-star review was upon check and my room was ready but had to pay extra to get into it and the day we checked in we couldn't use the pool at our hotel due to a wedding that should have been made clear to us upon checking in. Your hotel is immaculate. Don't nickel and dime people for early check-ins when the rooms are ready. For the most part the staff is very nice and very accommodating. I did ask the lady at the front desk why I had to pay $50 to get into my room early if it was already ready and she said she didn't really know that's just the policy. Sounds to me. Like just a money grab. I'd rather you throw that money into the daily rate. It's more of a principal thing. Couldn't really tell you how the food was because we ate out everyday due to me being irked. Upon checking, I wasn't going to give them any extra money for nickel and dimeing me upon check in. I would say the rooms were pretty well done a little on the cheap end as you could tell by the craftsmanship of the work. But all in all they look beautiful. And like I said before the place is spotless all the rooms clean as could be. Bed wasn't all that comfy but it's the beach. You shouldn't be in bed anyway

Really nice cozy, retro style hotel with a nice indoor-outdoor restaurant called "Vinyl". The breakfast was very good with attentive service. Really nice pool area with heated pool and Jacuzzi-style hot tub. Outside, walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. Valet parking is quick. Air conditioning is VERY efficient. Front desk, Iona was great, she got to know us personally. Highly recommended, we will be back when we can spend more time.

No heat property was freezing and no sound proof very loud

Loved the theme of the room and the location! Cons - our balcony door didn't lock, and we had to trek to the adjacent property when our key didn't work

I have definitely stayed at nicer hotels. I thought with it being a new place it would have been a nicer place. The room was not that clean when we first got there and then we had the sign on the door for them not to come in they did. I really did not like that. I had all my personal stuff out and felt like it was unnecessary. And with that they still barely cleaned. They moped the floor and that was it. Being a home owner and haven stayed at many different hotels a clean room goes a long way. This was definitely by far not the cleanest. Also when they say ocean view its on the side of your room so dont be mislead by that. Also the pictures make it look a whole lot nicer than what it is. Another thing is make sure they're are no weddings going on. We couldn't use the pool or the hot tub which was frustrating. Although there is another building its still not fair. Last but not least is the parking. The spots in the front are so small. They are very tight. They do have spots on the side but if there is a wedding going on then good luck. Also the elevator takes a long time and there is only one that I know of. Other than that the receptionist are very nice.

There was only air conditioning and no heat option. Weather was not hot enough for air and night time could have used heat. Was not an option. Front desk staff in general was friendly. We stayed in Royal Tower. One particular front desk staff was rude and not friendly. Overall stay was okay

Location is great. Was there for a week and didn’t have cleaning service once. Had to put trash outside the door for them to pick it up. No clean towels or clean room.

This is my 4th stay at the Madison it just gets better with each visit. The General Manager Iona was simply marvelous any issues were succinctly addressed to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Parking spots to tight.

Shuttle/driver was great. Matresses were not.

They did nice updates. The lobby looks really nice and smells really good. Rooms are nice decorated. The pools and outside areas are also nice and welcoming. So yes, decoration and outside was good, however there is room for improvement: 1- the staff could use some customer service training, especially at the vinyl cafe. I was charged over $9 for a basic iced coffee that took some time be done when no other customers were at the cafe.. sorry that is more than prices in the city, I should have complained, but did not. It seems they weren’t sure of the price and just rang that amount. 2- pool at ocean tower is not heated. 3- cleanliness in the room needs to be improved - my son went to get a toy under the bed and came back covered in dog hair on his pajamas. 4- keurig in room needs to be maintained, it wasn’t working properly. 5- needs sheer blinds.. you either get full darkness or 0 privacy.

The two Madison hotels are spaced basically next to each other and apparently we were housed in the one that needs just a little updating. We only had a one night stay for a special occasion. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was terrific and the pools looked very nice. Self parking was a plus.

The room was clean and very cute with the retro decor. The WiFi kept going out on the tv the first night so I did have to watch tv from my phone. I wanted a late check out but they charge $50-$100 which was a turn off. There is no continental breakfast and it felt a little nickle and dimed for everything since I have to order in but what can I say, it is a tourist town. Overall my stay was great and the ocean view did it for me. I would stay again.

Great customer service n friendly staff people

Love the retro theme decor and close proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, walls paper thin. Guests next door were very loud. Could also hear children running outside door and loud stomping until late at night.
