原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。

The apartment area is still under construction, The car will need to park in other buildings, MANY grocery store is nearby, the Stay apartment is next to the MRT, You will hear the training sounds. Above all, the apartment is new, good space and clean.

Very nice large 3 bedroom apartment. You can leave the doors open while you are there to let in fresh air. Beds were super comfy. The shower was amazing!

Det er en dejlig lejlighed og god beliggenhed. Mellem 2 metro stationer. Det eneste der er dårligt var at hver morgen selv om der var weekend og helligdag skulle vågne mellem 6.15 og 7.30 fordi der var motion op mod lejlighed med høj musik og snakkede højt. Det var mellem 1 til 2 timer hver dag. Det var under al kritik.

Magnifique appartement avec vue partielle sur la mer dans un quartier neuf. Spacieux, propre, fonctionnel, calme, sécurisé par des cartes à code. Bonne literie. Les photos sont tout a fait conformes. Par contre, pas de climatisation, ce qui peut être un problème s’il fait chaud ! Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien. Belle télévision mais peu de chaines et aucune française (pas Netflix ni Disney.....). Le personnel de la réception est très pro. Le métro station Orientkaj se trouve à 200 metres. Possibilité de prendre une navette en bateau également qui dessert le centre ville en une vingtaine de minutes. Il y a un supermarché à quelques mètres. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter même si le prix est élevé.

Great apartment , is either fairly new or very well maintained , best equipped kitchen I been in . Best location for relaxation away from the busy downtown area but easily accessible to transportation to town , overall an above average stay

We had a beautiful view of ships going by and saw people enjoying the saunas and canals. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby plus it was near a Metro stop and a Harbor Bus stop. We used both extensively. It is a growing area so there was some noise from the new apartments being built, but it was okay. The staff was available and helpful.

Sehr schöne Apartement Anlage in toller Umgebung von Nordhavn. Großzügiges Apartment, modern ausgestattet. Leider gibt es nebenan eine Großbaustelle, so dass wir den Lärm gehört haben. Das war jedoch nur tagsüber, abends war es ruhig.

Calm area, large and beautiful apartment. The metro is near by and the area around is lovely, very modern and familiar.

Loved the apartment! The blankets were tiny! This may be common in the area. I would recommend bringing a blanket for your stay, as the provided blanket barely covered the twin. Great access to water for dipping. There were some nice amenities, but we didn’t realize we had access to them right away, so I wish there would have been more communication about that. (Bikes for rental, free fitness room, cafe onsite, etc.)

Absolutely loved this property one of the best apt style rentals I have ever stayed in. Very walkable, clean, lovely residential area with food & grocery near by. Bed was comfortable & all the amenities for cooking, etc were great in the kitchen. While there is construction in the area we had no noise issues (although could be paused due to winter months). Would stay again! 5 out 5 stars for sure.

Das Stay Nordhavn ist in einem schönen neuen Viertel gelegen. Die Unterkunft an sich an sich ist gut und auch gut erschlossen. Die Metro Station ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das ist aber auch ein Nachteil, da die sonst unterirdisch verlaufende Metro gleich in der Nähe vom Hotel rausführt und dies auch die Endstation darstellt. Sprich alle paar Minuten hört man das Transportmittel. In der Nacht Ohrstöpsel ein Muss.

Excelente local, espaçoso e próximo ao metrô. Contudo, um dos quartos era voltado para a linha do metrô, que funciona 24 horas, e o barulho incomodou um pouco.

Excellent residential location, the apartment was incredible, very spacious and clean, walking distance from the tube station and supermarkets, amazing swimming club near by, the best bakery for breakfast.

We loved our stay here! Quiet neighbourhood, next to the sea, so you always have a refreshing view just outside the building. The flat has everything you need, it's just a short walk to the metro station that takes you to the center quickly. Would highly recommend
