Close to the underground train. Very clean and lovely apartment. We were concerned about having to sleep on the sofa bed, but they made it very comfy. Full kitchen, all well furnished.

I loved the location, however it was very noisy! I did not appreciate that we were charged 14 dollars for mild stains in pillow cases and towels. So you have to leave towels CLEAN? What’s the washing machine for?so cleaning ladies are snitches.

This is an ok property but bedding was subpar in comparison to Zip hotel option we stayed at. The building looked dated and so did the apartment furnishings and pool area. Elevators not all working so slow to go in/out. Apartment windows old so very noisy. This property needs to adjust price down a lot to be competitive. Today we moved to Icon hotel as for $10 more we get great facilities in same neighborhood.

Necesitabamos un departamento para 5 personas con todas las comodidades y lo conseguimos. Ubicado de manera perfecta, limpieza impecable, mantenimiento increible, Valio completamente la pena y para proximos viajes sin duda sera el primero en la lista

Comfortable apartment with amazing views. Only thing I would have liked was soap, shampoo, and conditioner to be included in the restrooms

Really wonderful host and experience! Located in a great neighborhood, close to some malls and the metro. Got check in instructions, and the host was accommodating via WhatsApp as my number did not work internationally. Everything was smooth, and I would stay for longer in the future as it is a full apartment

La experiencia fue muy buena. Excelente ubicación, departamento muy lindo y cómodo, el auto queda seguro, el barrio se ve muy tranquilo. Está cerca de los malls. Solo agregaria un tv smart en el departamento porque el que habia tenia sólo tv por cable y tenia muy mala señal.

Too much traffic noise through the night. Couldn’t sleep because of that.

Great location, clean & quiet; made for a nice relaxing stay! We loved the rotating TV wall haha. The only weird thing was the most bizarre kitchen sink I've ever seen...

We have stayed here a few times and it’s always good. Excellent customer service and when our internet didn’t work properly which was not their fault they got a technician out and tried their best to rectify it. In the end they moved us to the other tower so my husband could still work remotely with no issues. Definitely will be back and recommending them. It’s great value for money.

Departamento en excelentes condiciones, muy limpio y en buen estado. Proximo a una avenida con bastante transito

The staff was super responsive, but the property had several issues. (mostly because old installations) Also, the internet was so bad that I had to hire a local co-working space in another building

Everything was great. Only windows frames were so bad that couldn’t sound proof the noise from the street

Manquehue avenue oriented apartments are extremely noisy. They need to improve the quality of the windows.

This apartment is very comfortable with fantastic views over the city. An easy trip into the centre on the metro. Highly recommend.

Excelente Ubicacion

Me complicó un poco encontrar la numeración y cuando por fin llegué, caminando con las maletas, la llave se recogía en otro lado (unos metros más allá en una oficina). Eso me enredó y no sé si esa información estaba en alguna comunicación que pasé por alto. Lo demás bien.

A estadia foi muito boa, as fotos correspondem ao real, apartamento muito limpo com todos os utensílios necessários. O diferencial é a limpeza que é realizada a cada 2 dias. O prédio é próximo a mercados e o bairro muito seguro.

Overall disappointing, super noisy environment (windows don't have double glazing), bathroom was clogged and therefore was smelly when used, a there was no sort of utensils for the oven (like gloves). uite pricey compared to other options we also tried in the same area.
