The property is a bit far from the center of ayia napa but is from a walkable distance for pubs and clubs, and has a grocery store nearby. The hotel apt we were assigned were not bad but the hygiene and cleaning services of the property should be improved, we had dust in the bathroom and marks of objects that haven’t been moved for a while, and most importantly we had ants in the bathroom and kitchen. I recommend you get your own supplies to have a clean space if you are staying for a while. But after seeing some other hotel apts i would say mars mare has the best atmosphere, quiet and peaceful , you’re surrounded by greenery and you also get a balcony with chairs outside. Ottimo residence, con tutti i confort in camera, dotato di un terrazzino molto accogliente. Consigliato. Nota bene: la posizione dell struttura non è quella indicata sul sito, ma quella che esce su googlemap se inserisci il nome del residence.
