干净舒适，太棒了 景色很棒 我入住时没有吃早餐 所以我还没尝过这家酒店的食物

一切都很好，泳池景色很美，但泳池里很热闹

酒店位置很棒。我很快就会再来这里。

很棒的酒店，位置很好。房间宽敞，景色优美，泳池景色优美。但食物标准一般。

Very nice hotel comfortable and want to come back. Beautiful pool view

Though traffic from main road was crazy day in day out, room was quiet and sound proof

Kamar luas banget, fasilitas lengkap, ada setrika lemari gede, kulkas kecil, sayangny air panasny ga panas sama sekali entah karena water heaterny g nyala apa gimna ga ngerti, jadi abis berenang di kolam kedinginan harus mandi air dingin lagi, tapi selain itu semuanya memuaskan sih, view kolam renangnya the best banget rekom masuk kolam jam 6 karena lampu twin towerny baru nyala jam 7, view dari kamar juga best, ini konsep kamarny yang hotel, tidak ada mini kitchen set, ada deposit rm 300 (sedia cash/kalau cc or debit butuh 2minggu proses pengembalian), tax rm 10/kamar/malam, kalau butuh testimoni silahkan mampir ig azzuramarjuliana.

The room is big, the swimming pool is great. If I come back to Kuala Lumpur, I will always stay to The Face Style hotel.

Terjadi antrian panjang saat check in. Tidak ada bell boy yang membantu saat tiba di depan pintu lobby. Water heater di kamar sangat kotor.

Required rm200 for deposit. When I booked there were no free sachets.

I stayed here 1 night due to airline change departure day. At first, I so nerves after reading some previous reviews. But after stayed here, it was so fantastic and stunning. The infinity pool is a nice one but so crowded at night. The breakfast have less choice and anyway you still can try nasi lemak here. Will be back here whenever I have chance to visit Kuala Lumpur in the future

Hotel nya sepertinya bangunan nya baru, kamar luas lengkap ada dapur, kulkas, microwave. Lobby rame pada saat musim liburan, agak crowded.

Receptionist needs to be more professional. Hotel room is great 👍🏻. Breakfast not nice coffee machine worst. Honestly we just like the room only.

Room was clean and spacious. However, there was a strong odor from the toilet that was there the entire stay. The amenities were amazing especially the pool that looks out to the twin towers.

Satu kata: keren! Semuanya. Hanya saja saat tahun baru hotel full. Lift menunggu lama sekali. Karena banyak tamu. Selebihnya keren! Bikin pengen nambah waktu 😅. To aplikasi - thaks promo nya. Banyak banyakin yah.

Semua ruangan sangat bersih, nyaman.

We love this place more than what we can say

The breakfast cooking omelette is horrible, my mum have low white blood cell cannot eat raw omelette yet it is raw inside. Telling a 4-5 stars hotel what you would like and her reply is "What"?! Calling it a 4-5 stars hotel collect 200 myr deposit but giving cocky attitude which is very disgusting obviously and chit chat in front of guest thinking this is imidating where I felt more funny instead. Lastly when check out asked the front desk guy place luggage storage he reply "What?!" also then ask me go to conceirge like non of his business. What the hell. Why collect a deposit for 1 night stay for a must rule yet the staff is not well trained in guesture wise. Calculative like hell torture to guest when they are not well trained but ask we all proceed to a staff that cause us delays when most riddiculous shit is when check out should be quick and simple yet I walk to female front desk staff for check out she ask me go to a new staff who do not know how to check out on computer system and cause me delay and etc. Plus this is the guy who reply me " What" rudely when he don't even know how to use computer like no contribution still ask me go concierge cannot even go extra miles. All pieces of shit and give guest shit attitude.
