Relatively quiet hotel with access to restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was good but limited selections to chose from.

Cozy and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping on request. Near to town center and River Lea. Very convenient. Easy to take train from Ware station to another town.

Staff were lovely. Overall the hotel is good. The only negative was a smell from carpet in room.
