漂亮的山景

Totally worthy of money! The view on the room is fantastic! The dinner and the breakfast is more than what we have expected! Would like to come back again!

環境非常靚，房間可望到馬特洪峰 晚餐非常豐富好食 早餐亦多選擇 車站旁可直接滑雪，非常方便 值得住一晚

抱著很大的期望去住宿的, 畢竟一晚要萬把塊也不便宜, 但飯店除了可以近距離看到馬特洪峰這個特點以外, 其他我覺得都言過其實. 我們住的那一間在入住時提供的水還是已經被人開過喝一半的...所以我覺得或許在清潔上根本就沒有仔細

服務人員很親切，房間比想像中大的多，早餐和晚餐都很美味，飯店後方就是觀景台很方便，有種與世隔絕的寧靜，原本期待可以從房間內看到馬特洪峰，但天氣不佳沒看到，再訪的話還是會選擇來住3100！

因為酒店在山頂上，當最後一班纜車離開之後，你會發現四週變得安靜，可以靜靜地同家人一同欣賞窗外的風景。 但當第二天早上，遊人再次來臨，山頂亦再次變得熱鬧。儘管你坐在房內，你亦感受到外面遊人興奮嘅心情。

員工，環境，服務，設施一流

飯店景觀若是天氣晴朗會非常棒，只是預定時實在沒辦法預測當日天氣，就算天候不佳也只能硬著頭皮搭車上山。房價包含早晚餐，上山不需擔心晚餐問題，滿方便的。

可惜山上天氣不好一直下雪，不然可以就近看到馬特洪峰..但服務很好！

房間設計有巧思 但飯店應該主動提供飯店附近可以觀賞風景，日出，日落的地點與時間

Room was great, and the receiption staff was super nice. Equipment was good, but only did not have fridge, which was not convenient enough. View was prefect and i really appreciated.

Beautiful sightseeing! Stay here you can see so closed to Matterhorn and enjoy comfortable bedroom~very good choice to stay one night!

I like this hotel very much from check in, room, view and meals. I think this is not just a 3 stars hotel.

The room with Matterhorn view is very impressive. However, the catering service and check in service are timely due to limited staff.

Friendly staff and hotel provides nice semi buffet dinner & breakfast. We booked a room with Matterhorn view and it's as great as expected.
