地理位置优越，靠近武吉免登区。房间很小，电视根本看不了，淋浴隔断门关不严，洗澡时会弄得浑身湿透。印尼人很多，办理入住需要像银行一样的号码。

地理位置优越，靠近烹饪中心，也靠近地铁站，虽然入住/退房时需要排队，但仍然井然有序，（如果您退房后仍想四处走走，也可以将行李箱留在那里），真的非常推荐。☺️👌👍

酒店员工热情友好，即使在繁忙的环境中，他们也不会忽视客人的要求，总是乐于助人。我肯定会再来的，因为电梯排队很拥挤，但有工作人员随时提供帮助，所以不会出现拥挤的情况。

地理位置优越。预订豪华阳台房（可欣赏凉亭景观）。房间非常舒适、宽敞，而且非常干净。强烈推荐给想过夜的客人，而且附近有很多餐饮选择。

我在这里住了两天。房间景色优美，可以俯瞰展馆。房间不算宽敞，但足够用了。地理位置优越，靠近展馆和阿罗街，步行即可到达。从展馆到吉隆坡城中城有一条捷径。入住和退房都很快…… 到目前为止，非常满意。谢谢。

我对所受的糟糕服务感到非常失望。行李托运处一位年轻的工作人员说话极其粗鲁，非常不专业。此外，当我费力地把行李搬上出租车时，安保人员却站在一旁和朋友聊天，没有提供任何帮助。这种程度的冷漠和缺乏基本礼貌令人无法接受，也反映出酒店服务质量的低劣。
